The reason i have CLE in 6 and not GSW in 6 is because if indeed the league wants Cavs to win they cannot risk it going to 7 games, wich will be played in Golden state - If Warriors end up tying the series it would mean they most likely have won consecutive games, have momentum, playing well and then go in at home highly confident, w/ the home crowd behind them. Winning in Cleveland in front of Lebron & Cavs fans would be far more dramatic for Lebron & fitting to finish of the fix for Lebron & the Cavs.
GSW in 7 makes sense if they are 'supposed' to win the Championship, simply because i've seen 3 games so far w/ refs giving Cavs the advantage - why give Cavs the advantage for 3 straight games if GSW is only going to eliminate them in 6. Are Cavs that much inferior to the Warriors that they need to be given assistance for 3 straight games? So 7 games makes sense for a dramatic GSW win.
Joe Crawford & Foster are yet to be sent. It will be very interesting to see wich games they will be sent for. Both have a very positive record w/ Lebron.
Since the 1st scenario is out, after Warriors took gm4, the 2nd is now a possibility.
The only way this goes to only 6 games is if either team wins 2 in a row - W/ this being the Higest Ratings in NBA Finals History i just can't see that happening w/ revenues and ratings in the Leagues best interest.
So their are 4 scenarios left, the one above:
Game 5: GSW Game 6: CLE Game 7: GSW
GSW win 4-3
or:
Game 5: CLE Game 6: GSW Game 7: GSW
GSW win 4-3
Game 5: GSW Game 6: CLE Game 7: CLE
CLE win 4-3
Game 5: CLE Game 6: GSW Game 7: CLE
CLE win 4-3
We all know when series is tied at 2-2 that taking game 5 becomes Vital (Game 5 Winner Of 2-2 Series Has Advanced At 82 Percent Rate). So it will be very interesting who the league sends to officiate this crucial game 5.
Game 4 was absolutely tricky. Fortunately i managed to get on the right side of Joe Crawford & crew. For this first time i whent away from refs stats i usually bank on and came up w/ a theory instead that held some water - wich will be good for me moving forward not just in this finals but in the following years to come.
Anticipating ref assignment. If anybody can come through w/ any info the way Bob did w/ Joe Crawford please post.

Thank you 3Ball for what you are doing You could just not posting this info and picks, and earn money by yourself easily, but instead you help people, who need this, never expecting something in return. You are a good man
I haven't really done anything different from when i started posting here 7 yrs ago. I learned the ropes here on Covers reading peoples posts. As a result i've become an improved capper (but not necessarily equated to smart money management lol). I have alot to thank Covers members for. Even today reading posts help me in my decisions on making plays. Covers is the best!
New comers get more views and replies than i do....so I'm just glad few people are looking in my threads - not for attention but so posters here can profit w/ me on this streak i'm on once again.

Thank you 3Ball You are playoff bookie killer. And you prove it with you picks in previous seasons.
Appreciate it and good luck with your plays
I don't bet large amounts for my bookie to feel the losses unfortuantely lol. I'ma Dad of 2 kids, this is a hobby that i love to do, amongst many other things. If i could do this full time i would invest far more money.

Going to call it out here before it happens but got a real hunch you see Scott Foster again on Sunday and if not then, definitely game 7 -- call it a hunch

Foster would be the guy who could assist in a Cavs win for game 5 (if indeed the Cavs are 'supposed' to win) seeing as Lebron is 17-6 with him ref'ing his games since 06', 3-0 these playoffs and Foster is also 11-1 for the Road team these playoffs.
These ref assignments can't come soon enough. What's that twitter account somebody posted in here who tweeted projected Ref Crews...

I consider betting as hobby too, I think most of us here do that way.
But also as an opportunity to make some money, and learn something from old posters here. I hope we finish this season in right way

Early in the 1st Q Lebron got called for an out of bounds call when it looked like Iggy could have pushed him out - A call that usually goes James way. Refs are calling fouls now on Mosgov on those plays where he goes straight up - plays that they haven't been whistling him for all series. GSW are getting alot of calls in their favor this Q. Even Green is getting calls and not getting calls on him - wich hasn't been the case all finals. Dellavadova also getting calls, refs not allowing him to be physical on Curry. There was a play where a very late call was given for Lee - the call was from Crawford, who had a terrible angle. This particular call gave me confidence further that these ref crew and i are on the same side for the night. There were 2 consecutive no calls on Lebron. He couldn't buy a call in the 1Q. It was ALL GSW in the 1Q.
Cavs 0 - GSW 3 FT's. Cavs 3 - GSW 2 PF's
W/ GSW up the 2Q looked far cleaner (balancing boxscore). Since GSW is up 10+ pts refs seems to be calling game even now. But Green seems to be given the calls in his favor still. This is huge for Warriors because he is the heart & soul of the team.
Cavs 10 - GSW 11 FT's Cavs 9 - GSW 9 PF's
W/ GSW still up to start the 3rd Q GSW continues to not get favorable calls like they did in the 1Q. AS a result Cavs go on a 12-2 run. GSW can't sink a shot & Cavs have momentum , w/ refs no longer giving GSW the benefit of calls. 2Q
seemed like ALL CAVS - to me a way to balance out boxscore. Joe
Crawford is an absolute technician at the craft of fixing games. But Refs continue to give those str8 up plays against Mosgov. Spite of refs mostly favoring Cavs, Warriors get 2 more FT's than Cavs. But both teams given 14 PF's each - Joe & crew doing a magnificent job.
Cavs 18 - GSW 21 Cavs 14- GSW 14
JR dove and received contact that was not called - even commentators stated there was obvious contact. Seemed like ALL GSW early in the 4th. CAvs can't seem to sink a shot and look gassed. There was a point in the game where they had numerous consecutive opportunities and just couldnt sink one. GSW looked far more energised.
A round of applaus for Joe Crawford and his buddies. OUTSTANDING JOB! They made sure the boxscore looked clean but did everything else to assist GSW such as calling 3 second defensive calls, moving screens, travels, out of bounds calls etc. Everything else that is not shown on paper. Made easier the fact GSW were up most of the game. They didn't need resort to any real funny business.
This was the only real game where the officiating was favoring GSW for the most part. Many may think this was venly officiated, of course why wouldn't they. But as a man who sees through the leagues BS i know GSW was indeed supposed to win this game and in turn realize these specific refs were brought in to insure the outcome was favorable towards Golden State.
Just waiting on Ref assignment then i'm going to attack this next game.

Observations for Game 4:

Let's take a look @ Clippers/Rockets game 5 ref crew
Monty McCutchen:
7-1 SU for Home Team. Ref'd one Rockets game @ Dallas - Dallas won at Home by 12pts. Ref'd 2 Clippers game. Game 3 vs Spurs. Spurs won @ Home by 27pts. REf'd game 7 in same series - Clippers won at Home to take the series by 2pts. That's the same game here Duncan was given a phantom foul call on Chris Paul.
James Capers:
5-1 SU for Home Team. Also ref'd that same game 7 w/ McCutchen in the Spurs/Clipper series where Clips won @ Home to take the series.
Sean Wright:
3-2 for Home Team. REf'd game 2 Spurs/Clips - Spurs won on the Road in OT by 4pts.
Combined: 15-4 SU for Home Team
As i mentioned McCutchen and Capers both ref'd that game 7 suspect Clippers victory @ Home vs the Spurs by 2 pts. McCutchen & Capers also ref'd together game 2 CAvs/Chicago game - Cavs won at Home by 15pts.
Looks like Home friendly crew here. Good for the Rockets.
This is what i wrote for Game 1 of the finals about these exact same ref crew:
Houston did indeed cover that game @ home by 21pts. But i also took
the home team for the Houston/Warriors game 2, wich was GSW -8.5.
Warriors won the game but did not cover as they won by 1 pt.
- Currently McCutchen is 8-2 for the Home team these playoffs. - Currently Capers is 6-2 for the Home team these playoffs. - Currently Phillips is 5-4 for the Road team these playoffs.
Refs total 18-9 in favor of home team.
These
same refs also were the exact same ref crew who officiated that shady
game 7 in the Spurs/Clippers series, w/ that phantom foul on Duncan on
CP. Clippers were the home team.
So after game 1 ref stats are now:
- McCutchen9-2 for the Home team these playoffs. - Capers7-2 for the Home team these playoffs. - Jason Phillips5-5 these playoffs
BTW Lebron is 8-13 since about 2009 when McCutchens refs his games. I could only see up to 2009 as i don't think McCutchens was reffing prior.
So now let's get back to this highly significant Game 5 stat:
When a series is tied at 2-2, winningGame 5 becomes imperative with an 82 percent chance of advancing.
In NBA history, the winner of Game 5 is 147-33 to go on to win the entire series.
So if indeed the Warriors are 'supposed' to win this series they will take game 5 & go up 3-2.
Leaning: Golden State Warriors
