Great night last night! Let’s keep it rolling. I have TWO games on tonight’s docket:
OKC ML (-115)
MAVS -11.5 (-110)
I have OKC over the Hawks 124-118. The line is at -1.5 (+105) right now but I’d rather be on the ML for this one at a higher juice @ -115. The Hawks have burned me in the past and now it’s their time to pay it back! Hawks have been doing well in the first halves of games, so I’ll try to be patient with this one and take bigger live bets sometime after midway through the 2nd quarter if I get a plus line of 6.5 or more.
For the later game, I have the Mavs completely dominating the Trail Blazers 123-106. Giving up 11 points is fine as Blazers coming in with several guys on the injury report and Mavs have 2 players who are game-time decisions. Kyrie and Luca should dominate this game and so I put in a little bigger bet here as I don’t think I’ll have an opportunity to get any live bets in. If I’m wrong and Blazers go on any type of run, this is a game where I’ll be hammering away anywhere near the ML. This should easily be a double-digit win.

Thanks for posting! I always follow your plays, but I am concerned OKC might be a little flat after coming off the huge win over the Celtics and then going on the road for a back to back game. I will be laying off this one but good luck!

Mavs are not playing great ball with IRVING back in the lineup. Giving up more points with him in there also. Not a great spot tonight, but I hope you got it.

Adding Grizzlies ML (-120) to the card. I have them winning 116-111, so this one is a little tighter for my general rule, but with Morant back, I think my model hasn’t fully accounted for that impact. So a little riskier here, but I like and am betting it myself. I will NOT be adding live to this bet though.
In order of confidence, here are the picks for tonight:
MAVS -11.5 (-110)
OKC ML (-115)
GRIZ ML (-120)

@Litig8r If you had to pick one . Which one is your pick of the day? thanks. I can only bet one due to my balance .
I put them in “order of confidence” so my favorite are the Mavericks. I just don’t see how they don’t win by double digits. I’ll ge on them live all game and betting throughout if opportunity presents itself. Although, I think they take a good lead to and don’t stop.

witnessed Portland vs. Jazz right before Xmas in PDX... never seen such a young and inexperienced team as the Trailblazers. Crazy to see in the NBA considering other teams benches !!!

I’ve lived in Fairfax County basically my entire life. Graduated from Bishop O’Connell for high school, went to Georgetown for undergrad, business school, and law school, and set up my practice in Fairfax county. I love the area but I almost moved to NYC after business school to pursue investment banking before the financial markets collapsed and made me rethink my future in IB. I settled on law school and never looked back. Although I still dabble in the stock/crypto markets and really see sports betting as a fun mix between my love of sports and data driven analytics. Every month I take my gambling profits and invest it in crypto or the stock market and reset the betting account back to the baseline. This keeps me from taking bigger risks gambling and helps put something away for the future…assuming my belief that crypto will explode in 2024, but that’s going wayyyyyy off topic! Haha
Good luck tonight! I’m hoping for the sweep but will be happy with 2-1 (so long as the Mavericks are one of the games in the win column since that’s bet is greater than the sum of the other two I have on for tonight).
