morning folks, RTM took a big step backwards after 2 days of positive gains going 0-5 and I personally went 0-3, these days will happen just like the previous 5-0 days, anyways on to today and there's only 1 game that qualifies and I won't be playing it

Minn/OKC 207.5 now down to 206 they've met once on 12/12 with set total of 205.5 and an under result just barely at 203...now a slight 2pt upward move despite last under, too small of a move and after yesterday I am happy to pass today

GL everyone on your plays and go Braxton! what a thing if he wins that's phenomenal

Thanks Straight....Basketball as you know is a grind...OKC Clev was close but no cigar.....I am not playing baskets on Sunday anymore.  Not sure what it is or why have been trying to figure it out.  Conference games road teams that are dogs win.  Home dogs win.  I guess for CBB anyway Sunday is dog days.  Watching NBA games yesterday outside of the Big TV market games the others were very low energy and scoring seemed like for some reason....Maybe that is what we take away on Sundays look to play unders outside of the televised games.....We all know at playoff time teams actually play defense and the numbers drop significantly.    Great call on taking day off to regroup and wait for bigger card and games fitting your system.  Not losing a wager is as important to overall success as winning in the long run unless you use Martingale system...Tried that once..never again

thanks Raiders, yeah I'm not here to get rich, I have a definite amount I can gamble each year for fun, I know this approach is not full or fool proof but it's what I got and if I can go a whole season and win a bit fantastic, if I lose what I set as the limit so be it, I'll never rack up debt or go deep in the whole b/c that takes it from entertainment to a problem...I had a really really good WNBA season and so far a poor NBA season, all's good as long as it's fun, not a grind, nor disrupts the quality home life. Straight-  You seem like a guy who has things figured out pretty well.  By grind in baskets I mean you win 2 lose 1 and so on.  As long as you can avoid those bad O fer days its all good.  Those days kill ya.  I start NCAA/NFL with a set amount and try to build on that.  Play baskets til March madness starts then mostly NBA or withdraw money and leave my stake for the next season.  I started doing this in 93 making 2 house payments.  That was stress winning enough to pay 2nd house payment.  Figured I would put what I knew to use and make some extra money with that instead of working a late night job having to get up at 4am next day for first flight.  Self Discipline and Control are the keys to success.....Looking at keeping up on 1 -4 NBA teams and playing accordingly as NBA season is every day and long run.  Portland is one I will be fading or following.  Appreciate all your time and research man.....Thanks for sharing and giving us all another perspective on $

Rtm's. I took cav's at over 204 and total has risen to 208 overnight.  

Lakers also qualifies as an under play for mine

Hi everyone, I have been tracking but not posting the daily RTMs after they went 0-5 last Sunday. As I said before I don't play every RTM and use them strictly as more info to have on a game. I find that sometimes it helps me with a halftime wager knowing the original RTM. My goal is to track and post the RTMs every time they pop up and hopefully with your help identify the 1 or 2 that are really an anomaly and make those the bets. Some days there might be 4 RTM and no plays, sometimes 4 plays.

Tonight (opening totals):

Tor/WA 204 they've met once on 11/7 with a set total of 195 and an under result at 187...now we have an upward move 9pts that indicates an OVER

OKC/Mem 194.5 they've met once on 11/7 with a set total of 181.5 and an under result at 180...now we have an upward move 13pts that indicates an OVER, the Man seems to have the pulse on this series

LAC/SA 200 they've met twice, on 11/10 set total was 203 and an under result at 174 then we get an RTM up to set total of 204 on 12/22 and an over result at 243...now we get a 4pt down move indicates an UNDER

Phx/GS 227.5 they've met once on 11/9 with a set total of 208.5 an an under result at 202...now we get a 19pt upward move indicates an OVER

Cle/Minn 204.5 they've met once on 12/23 with a set total of 210.5 and an over result at 229...now we get a down move of 6pts indicating an UNDER

note: I was interested in how teams perform the day before and after the Super Bowl.
  • teams on the road the Sat before the SB are 2-19 SU last 2 seasons
  • teams that are on the road the Sat before and stay on the road the Monday after are 1-7 SU last 2 seasons (tonight that would be Philly, Char and LAC)
  • teams that are on the road tonight then home Monday are 1-7 SU  (tonight that would be Cle, Tor, OKC, Dal and Phx)
  • teams that are home Sat and Monday are 2-1 (Wiz tonight)

I'm going to give OKC/Mem over 197.5 a go as the Man has had the pulse in this series and getting these teams under 200 is a good play for me in this spot

lookin at 0-1 for the night, may go 0-2 but I'ma trust we don't see a 4th consecutive half go under this total in this series and maybe just maybe the Man knew what he was doing when he put out that high RTM total

On the nuggets I also noticed the books lowering their totals lately 

Maybe a consequence of losing the players.  Maybe the unders may be the play on the nuggets for a while

today's RTM (openers)

Milw/Tor 202 they've met twice on 11/27 with a set total of 199.5 that had an over result at 207, then an RTM down to 197 on 1/19 and an under result at 181... now another RTM upward 5pts to 202 indicates an OVER

LAC/BKN 200.5 they've met once on 1/23 with a set total of 203.5 and an over result at 207...now we get a 3pt down move indicating an UNDER

Orl/OKC 208 they've met once on 1/18 with a set total of 213 and an over result at 226...now we get a 5pt down move indicating an UNDER

Mem/Phx 207.5 they've met twice on 11/5 set total of 192.5 with an over result at 193, on 1/11 a big move up to 209.5 and an over result at 202reg 232OT...now we get a 2pt down move indicating an UNDER

Wa/Atl 198.5 they've met twice on 11/25 set total of 200.5 and over result of 208, on 1/11 an RTM down move of 7pts to 193.5 and an over result at 209...now a total of 198.5 I'm thinking we get the under they were aiming for last time

under 198.5 for me
