That last second shot HURT

why didnt he just take the ball himself and try and get a layup or easier shot that wud guarantee his main objective??which is clearly and obviously to deny sum of you the money that you deserve to win on your wagers.

They went for the three...twice. In the last second hustle, the ball happened to be up there. Anyone would have taken the easy two with no time for anything else. Too many conspiracy theories around guys.

This shot won a bet for me, but i've been on the other side of such plays many times before...it just happens.

I never said he did this or that.  I questioned his consistency specifically because it was pointed out before that he knew it was a lost cause (in the game a couple weeks ago).  This was an even MORE lost cause, why wouldn't he waive it off again?

BTW, I have 2H over so that last bucket turned my push into a win so I'm   

ummm,because hes a human being and human beings do spontaneous,instinctive and irrational things...every damn day,just like im positive that you yourself have,right??...ya do know that the game isnt played in slow motion,right??just cos we can sit on our fat ar.ses and watch it in slo-mo doesnt actually mean that the players get to move at snails pace and consider every single minute detail of each decision they make on court with extreme accuracy...have you ever even played the game??

even at a recreational,social level you sumtimes see a player put up a bull-shiit shot thats meaningless at the end of a game,and then the same guy will just hold it or dribble it out next game..it dont mean shiiit!!!..you want that to be investigated as well??

its like saying"oh,why did that player put up a crazy,ill-advised shot there when he chose to run the offense properly just 5 possessions ago??"...theyre fuk.ken human and prone to doing human things,like getting carried away by the moment or acting impulsively or on ego.

there was nothing untoward watsoever about the dude putting in a garbage bucket at the buzzer,just like theres nothing bizarre about him calling the game off early if he deems it so.

LBJ calling of the fouling down 6 with 10 seconds left is not "spur of the moment".. That's a conscientious decision to take the loss because the case is pretty hopeless.   The EXACT same situation here and what does he do?  LMA shot two at the line to make it a 6 point game.  AMPLE time to decide what to do.  Why is it two weeks ago it's a lost cause but now it's not?  Why not just dribble out the few seconds remaining?  Like I said, I'm not saying one way or the other.  I'm saying it's a questionable sequence either way and for all those DEFENDING LBJ's actions in the prior game, I'd like to know what their defense for him doing a 180 NOW would be.

Lastly, who are you, the white knight of there being no fix?  why do you care so much what people want to discuss on a message board regarding the questionable endings of games involving the SAME player in the SAME situation?

How are you making sense?  LBJ in nearly identical situations takes two completely different approaches. Humans are creatures of habit.  It's completely illogical that he would do two totally different things facing the same situation.
