On a playoff or championship series, does NBA coordinates with Referees to fix games just to prolong and extend the series, thus resulting to more games - more money for NBA?

His whole gambling angle was based on Ref's not liking certain players. My question... Does he still pay attention to those Ref's and does he believe that the Ref's still call games differently when their up against players like Iverson and Wallace?

You said in the 60 minutes interview you usually nailed 80% of your bets without even affecting your decisions as a referee on a game, then we must assume you are a gambler and not a fixer... if that is true you must definately remember your worst bad beat and the game.... how was it and by what margin did you lose?
