Agreed...those people need our help no matter what...However, his point is very valid in that the particular state this happens in EVERY YEAR has policies put in place by the dominating political party that PREVENTS the brush clearing that could limit these fires dramatically...Just look in the past when certain environmental policies in that state would allow brush clearing...they did not have fires like this every single year in a row year after year...
