Both  superstar Safeties OUT ..Micah Hyde's 3rd neck injury since 2019 is likely career ending ...Local beat reporter just broke the news at 930 Saturday pm that Jordan Poyer is also out ...

Starting CB Dan Jackson is out...BILLS will now be starting 2 rookie corners in 6th round pick Christian Benford who won the job opposite Jackson in camp , and 1st round pick Kair Elam ....Taron Johnson is one of the best Slot corners in the league ( BILLS often use a 4-2-5 defense with Taron Johnson on the field)) 

Sure Von Miller and the young defensive ends have played great the first 2 games,  but the lines MVP so far is monster DT Jordan Phillips IMO ...Phillips has been living in the backfield/pocket ....TOP DT ED Oliver is also out ....Daquan Jones has played well , and FA Signee Tim Settle might be back from injury...Bryant played well last week off the practice squad and Groot Rousseau may be moved into DT from end at times like he was on MNF ...

THE DOLPHINS HAVE ZERO EXCUSES TO NOT SCORE 24 + .....  Will they though ??? 

From what I've seen on film the Miami defense is Swiss cheese and should have all kinds of problems stopping the BILLS ( Most teams will ) 

IF YOU DO LIKE the DOLPHINS I strongly recommend taking the OVER or the MIAMI TT OVER 23.5 ... Taking the +5 could be fool's gold ..

if tua plays well two games in a row...miami should win...missing both safeties and both corners...tua keeps his head in the game buffalo could be in for a long old day...

I figured Poyer was gonna be out, but hadn't seen it confirmed. That's the nail in the coffin. That OV 23.5 for Miami is easy money. Their best defense against the Bills will be long and agonizing drives, attacking the interior line and soft coverage by the Bills against Waddle and Hill. 2nd half the defense will be worn out. Any quick strike big-play TDs the Bills do manage to get will be a double-edged sword, because it will send their defense back onto the field too quickly in that Florida heat.

This is easily the biggest Dolphins home game in 20 years... arguably much more.

This is going to be a fun game to watch!

No such thing as a sure bet in the NFL. If it’s too good to be true than likely it is.  

Baltimore held the Dolphins in check for three quarters.  Nobody would be singing Tua’s name if the Ravens played football for 60 minutes instead of 45.  Do you think the Bills coaching staff haven’t dissected that game and have some intel going into this one?

Saying that I believe Miami is the play but I could see this being a chess match until the last quarter or so.  Buffalo is playing in that god awful humidity and will give Miami respect today for at least the first half  This will be a battle in the trenches.  No way the Fish come out swinging, they are going up against the playground bully and they have to be careful.

I like a 23-20 type game in the Bills’ favor.

Can't wait to watch this one Brother ...While I obviously  hope the BILLS win,  this could be a classic regardless of the winner .

Appears to almost be a must win for the Dolphins if they're to win the division ..Unless the injury bug keeps bitting they'll see a much different BILLS defense the next time they meet up here in OP ...

I absolutely love that these 2 teams appear to be back at the top of the division for the foreseeable future ...My favorite era of football was Kelly vs Marino , with Bryan Cox walking down the tunnel giving BILLS fans the middle finger at Rich Stadium ....

I agree... for Miami to win the division, they need to win this game. The rematch in Buffalo is an almost unwinnable game for Miami. 3rd of 3-straight road games, with the first 2 on the West Coast... and they will be on a short week against Buffalo, most likely in very poor weather conditions. Practically a bye week for the Bills.

If Miami loses this one, they're basically playing for 2nd place and a playoff spot.

Could see both teams trying to establish the running game ....Dolphins offense has really only looked good 1 of 8 quarters this season 

Bills defense is primarily a 4-2-5 zone scheme ..The youngs ends with the tutelage of Von Miller have taken a major step forward through 2 weeks ...Rousseau , Basham , Epenesa and of course Von Miller have created great pressure... I don't think losing the players in the secondary is a massive deal today unless there are more injuries..It's more of a plug and play ..Both replacement safeties have experience , and looked good in preseason and camp ...LB Matt Milano is one of the best cover in the game ....

Your scenario of 23-20 is definitely possible,  but I just don't see it ....

The fact that this news has been out there how Buffalo has all these starters out on defense, and yet the line hasn't really moved at all this week tells you everything. Buffalo will still win this game, and cover.

It was up to 6 or even 6.5 before injury reports started to become more clear. It's down to 4.5 everywhere, and dipping to 4 in some places... and I'm pretty sure you'll see it settle at 3.5 - 4

Not that I care about line movements. Just getting the facts correct.
