Seriously, '76 Steelers, '85 Bears, '89, '94 or '84 49ers, or any other great team. Maybe even the '99 Rams. PATS CHEAT! PATS LOST! This team is not great. A great team wins the SB BIG! Just like the teams I mentioned above.

the 85 Bears defense was the single best defensive unit of all time...period. Offense left a lot to be desired but it didnt matter because of that defense.

i hated them but the LT/Parcells Giants were a badass defense and a worthy offense, i'd love to see a tilt between the 85 Bears and them. it would be a bloodied quarterback defensive battle type game. the 70's Steelers were great for their time but they couldnt compete with them. if the Ravens didnt suck so bad offensively i'd put them on this list too.

85 Bears? Are you fucking kidding? Best team of all? Great defense/half ass offense (other than of course Walter). Seriously...not even close to being the best ever. Check to see how many players from the great Steeler teams are in the Hall of Fame & match those numbers up with the 85 Bears & it's no contest....

the 2000 Ravens defense was comparable to the 85 Bears if not better

The '85 Bears had a great offense. They led the NFC in Yards & led the NFL in scoring that season. They averaged over 180 yards on the ground that season. People forget about the offense. It was good.

I've always kind of believed this ... but I think part of it has to do with at what age in your life it happened... I was 14 when Da Bears did the Big Easy shuffle

gus, the raven offense couldnt score on the bears D, mcmahon wasnt an allstar but he and payton could put up at least some points
