That guy improved the team record 3 years in a row, they were 8-8

Oaklands only problem is they have had a whole series of bad coaches.  The NFL is a coaching league more than anything, a good coach will attract good free agents and will develop draft picks.

Bad coach = overpay for free agent busts, and the draft picks never develop, and the good players leave in FA

And when there is one bad coach after the other, you are constantly changing schemes and the roster won't fit the current scheme.

Had high hopes they would take a run at 5 or 6 wi s this season but more importantly just be a lot more competitive but with an already terrible secondary now missing allen and woidson and Carr with a thumb injury on his throwing hand, they are in a heap of trouble.

If any team is getting ushered out of the league, it will be directly after the Redskins.  Oakland is no doubt, in bad shape, and has been for a while.  But it's still not close to the disaster that is the Washington Redskins.  Oakland wins a playoff game before the Skins get into the playoffs

I agree with the op I wouldn't mind seeing the RAiders go away they are a useless NFL franchise.  The RAiders suck year after year and are never relevant.  Pathetic franchise along with rude fans.

As long as you get rid of the other 14 more worthless teams historically than the Raiders first I am more than happy with that

Matter of fact let's start with the Chargers.

What has this team ever contributed to the NFL?

All time playoff record 11-17

A single superbowl appearance and of course LOSS getting blown out by 23 points

I will gladly post the Raiders playoff record and superbowl records for you if you want unless you get the message. You aren't fooling the intelligent people here, That much I am sure of.
