I like to go back to the SanFran/SEA game in which Kapernik could hardly hear and had to struggle to call plays in the huddle. I see that same scenario with QB Wilson in the hostile environment of Geo Dome. Plus, last weeks was more of a WASH loss than a SEA win due to RG's bum knee. ATL is constantly reminded of last years home loss to eventual SB champ Giants. They'll be ready Sunday.

Atlanta is not exactly feared as a city with a passionate fan base. There are at least 10 NFL stadiums with better fans than the Falcons.
The ATL can't sell out Braves playoff games, has lost a hockey franchise and I can't remember the last time the Hawks won a truly relevant home playoff game.
Homefield advantage is overrated in this matchup. The Falcons have the worst fans of the four home teams this weekend.

Those big corners would have been beat by a healthy RGIII. we will see, I think Atlanta' s receivers do good as long as Ryan gets time. Wilson can scramble so that may save him but eventually he dies.

Sorry SmallDougg, while you're busy posting a bunch of hot air in forums, I'm in Reno and Vegas picking winners.
Feel Free to look at my latest bets on Twitter at @EvnEgn.
Suck it.
You're in Reno! Oh I'm impressed....Forget everything I said then! Unfortunately I'm in Vegas much more than you are...My dying dad and mom live in Summerline, I got two daughters at UNLV living in my Condo at the Palms Place, my brother is a big wig there, and my sister teaches school there..I hate the $h!thole.
Its a tourist town, and youre a tourist.
Just bet on Atlanta -2.5 and save me the commentary please

No doubt, the Falcons don't have the same loud crowd that the Hawks have in Seattle. Still, they are 7-1 at home this year.
Also.....Hawks haven't been great in domes. They're 1-3 SU & ATS this season, and 3-7 SU over the last 3 seasons.

That Defense is scary, no doubt....But lets get real..13-3, at home, well rested, game planning for 2 weeks......-2.5 looks pretty good
that's what they want you to think.... Just don't see how Atlanta can be backed in their current form against this red hot juggernaut of a team that's building confidence on the road every week...3 straight roads wins w/ convincing win in Chicago driving for two 93+ yd td drives to win the game....think that's all they needed to put them over the top confidence wise and that's what they will rally behind if/ever down late which I don't anticipate. Not going to be shocked at all to see Seattle playing Denver for all the marbles.

You are greatly mistaken if you don't think the Dome will be just as loud as any other stadium this weekend. It is true that ATL fans can be lackluster during the regular season but they always show up for the playoffs. The Dome will be rocking on Sunday and home-field advantage will mean a ton. All you have to do is look at week 2 when Peyton played at the Dome and had to waste a timeout bc it was so loud he couldn't call the audible. Look at the 2007 Hawks-Celtics series, or the Braves playoff game from this year and tell me that ATL fans never show up. The energy in the city for Sunday's game is higher than either of those previous events that I just mentioned.

SmallDougg— Again, more hot air from you. As if visiting somewhere makes you an authority on picking winners.
Oooh, I'm so impressed that your daughters supposedly go to UNLV and that you know a "bigwig." In reality, the only wig you know is the one you wear while taking it in the rear from Seattle this weekend.
Way to not know the name of a place that you supposedly visit all the time. Sounds like you're a tourist, Mr. Colorado.
