maybe they should cancel the game and  let s.f in the super bowl since this game will b no contest!!!!

San Fran is good, but Atlanta is right there with'em if not better.  ATL's defense is opportunistic, like the Saints defense was when they won the Super Bowl.  Watch Out!!!

San Fran struggled with Kap vs teams who can defend the run and have shut down corners.  IE rams, seattle.  If you think Atlanta is in that category feel free to believe so.  Also Rams went 6-0 ATS in the division.  Duh!!

All that said...Niners this week are my biggest play of the year so far.  Last week I lost 17% of my total season winnings betting against the Ravens and Niners.  I will not make that error in capping on the Niners happen this week.  I feel I have had a very good read on this team since Harbaugh took over and have profited nicely over these past two season investing in them.
SF is not an up and down team.  You can say that about all NFL teams, its called the ebb and flow of a normal NFL seasons.  They lost some games in bad spots.  Yes the Rams played them tough but they were a solid young hungry well coached team that got up big time to play their division rival.
What you said about Kap was kinda ridiculous....he was in the exact same scenario last week.  He tossed that pick 6 to start the game and bounced back as if nothing happened and then went on to dominate that game.  He faced that same pressure and won't be feeling that weight like you say.  Harbaugh will have plenty to do with making sure this kids mindset is where it should be.   I actually did think Dom Capers would be the answer to him last week and we all saw what happened.  Nolan runs very similar schemes with regards to pass coverage and Atlanta is equally physical to the Packers with an even more undersized defense.  
Nolan I'm sure will have a solid game plan but it just won't be enough to stop the Niners.  Harbaugh and his team are going to be ready to go on Sunday.   GL everyone on their plays this weekend 

I cant disagree more with your opinion of Nolan.  He is a bad coach and single handly almost lost that game last week.  Other than that I agree with most youve said.

You wanna talk about Quality wins?  Atlanta beat Washington in Washington (RG3 same type of QB as Kaepernick for San Fran).  Beat the fuuck out the Giants 34 - 0 when the Giants needed that game in the worst way to try to get into the playoffs.  Atlanta manhandled those fools.  And the Giants beat the hell out of San Fran earlier in the year.

Atlanta has great DB's with Asante Samuel, Dunta Robinson, William Moore and my Boy Decoud.  LB's are nice and athletic too.  Front 4 not the greatest, but can be decent with Abraham on the edge.

And the team we just beat Seattle?  Beat the fuuck out of the 49'ers 42-13.  Seattle was one of the hottest teams coming into the playoffs, and if not for that crazy comeback Falcons would have blown them the fuuck out. 

Take San Fran if you want, but when Atlanta lays the smack down in the Georgia Dome, you and the world gonna see just how good we really are.  And give us our damn respect!!!

Spoken like a true homer.  I really dont see anything with substance in this post to back Atlanta.  Every week and matchup is unique.  Especially this weekend, capping based on who beat who during the regular season without going back and understanding situations is deadly.

I got SF at 3 so I feel at worst a push....Mike Smith is the best thing for the SF he will make some dumb behind decision in the game and lose Matt Ryan will choke he was doing great then the 4th qtr came and they sucked it up....SF will not spott them 20

I would usually agree with you LC, but there's too much public love for the 49ers so I'm still undecided at the moment. Call me crazy, but I can see a Falcons/Patriots Super Bowl with Falcons winning it all. Matt Ryan has proven again last week that he can be clutch with less than a minute left, but his coach has also proven again that he is too conservative with a big lead. I like the over in this game though, 49ers have been over machines since Kap became the starter. bol

Some of you obviously don't follow LeagueCapper and how he bets. He follows the line and the public's perception. What he is saying that everyone knows Atlanta is a monster at home and the public knows that but still the line is Atlanta +4. He telling you Vegas is begging you to take that line so they can clean house. He said the same thing about the line last week for the 49ers/Green Bay game. He thought the real line should have been + 1/2 or 1 and they gave you 3 baiting you to unload on Green Bay.

but how exactly is it cleaning house if SF wins and covers? almsot 80% of the bets are on SF spread. not sure the amount of money but 80% of bets is a big amount

What is Vegas suppose to do?  Drop 7.5 to Atlanta???  Vegas dont always have an edge because that would leave them vunerable.  But this is the only thing they can do is lay 3-4.5 to Atlanta knowing most money coming on San Fran.  I think the line is where it needs to be, just pick a side and tease away.

5dimes had SF vs Atl a pickem when Atl was up 27-7 vs  Sea.  So its interesting to see the line now SF -4.  Its apparent that Atl is not going to be physical or mentally equal to SF for 60 mins.  I give ATL a chance if they can win the turnover battle and burn SF deep several times. I dont see ATL being able to rip off any long run TDs.  Atl is going to have to throw to win this game.

In the past the playoffs have not been kind to Matty Ice but at least he has that experience to learn from.......yes losing is a learning process. Do you know how many times, as a Broncos Fan, I was told "Elway will never win a Superbowl"?..........VERY MANY!

Not a very good homer if u dont realize that they didnt have success against RG3. He got hurt early in that game which would explain why he only had 7 yards rushing. C'mon maaaaaan.

Falcons will win.  Falcons are due.  Now with the monkey off their back, and playing at home, I don't see them losing to a rookie quarterback at home.  That place is gonna be rockin!  Long flight from SF to Atlanta by the way.

Jim Harbaugh's mentality is going to be simple.. get the lead early and control the game... he's going to pound gore and james.. also if they're in the red zone Dixon will plow that front like.. if those aren't working well play action comes into affect.. we have walker, davis, crabtree, moss, ginn jr,..we are stacked at the line.. justin smith is going to set up aldon smith to chase down matty boy all day... i see a bunch of holding and false starts penalty against ATL.... once niners get a 2 posession lead the crowd will die down..... it's going to be a hard hitting game.. my boy patrick willis is ready.... donte whitner is going to blas EVERY receiver... my ONLY concern is if chris culliver and carlo rodgers can keep up with roddy whitee and julio jones.... patrick will be on gonzalez like white on rice baby...harbaugh takes a commanding lead... then plays the ground game second half.... niners baby!!!!
