Can you imagine how bad and irrelevant Patrick Mahomes would be right now if he got drafted to the Bears instead of Trubisky?
@Vic-Vega
It’s the horrendous offense system they’ve been thrown into. Hard to watch, when the defense usually does its job and soon as you knew it, 3 and out and right back out on the field.

@REDLINE
Yes.
I feel like the Bears organisation aren’t addressing where the real issue is.
They keep starting at QB position and working backwards but it’s a waste of time and money.

I’m assuming your “yes” was to mahomes being the same quarterback he is today, I disagree with that and agree with you on how the Bears start at qb and not addressing the real issues.

Lmfao they are STILL comparing this bum to Mahomes. Crazy. He holds the ball long as fuck and you’re talking about Mahomes. Stupid as shit.
Back yard football works if you are an above average athlete, which Caleb isn’t.

@RXistrash
Not one person in here campared anyone to mahomes, other than saying the Bears could have had mahomes instead of Trubisky, and how that would’ve probably not been good for mahomes.

Mahomes isn’t Mahomes with the Bears Oline. Are you freaking kidding me. The Chiefs are a top down first class organization. The Bears are the Bad News Bears of the NFL. He would be good but not winning three chips.

Da Bears are terrible at picking quarterbacks and their offense needs to switch to something completely different. Hell, the wishbone would be better!

No…slight misinterpretation.
Mahomes would be bad in Chicago like any QB.
Comes back to the original point I was trying to illustrate…issue is coaching and nearly every aspect of the Bears team.
I honestly believe this mess comes back to Pace, his decision making and in particular the infamous Trubisky draft.
It set the Bears back years

It all starts with the ownership, the front office, etc... and CHI doesn't have it.
And then you have to put the right people in place (GM, coaches) that understand the way to build a football team is from the inside out. Think linemen that can protect the QB. Chicago went about it all the wrong way w/ the sexy WR picks and trades. Who gives a shit if the QB doesn't have the ability/time to make the throws.
Contrast this with the LAC. Now, LAC already has their QB, but you didn't see Harbaugh drafting a WR in the first round, even though they had lost considerable depth in the position in the offseason. Harbaugh drafted an offensive lineman.

@Rush51
This is where the issue is. Front office and Ownership. Has been for years now.
The Bears head coaching policies need to be reformed.
Harbaugh was the perfect fit for Chicago but was not considered due to who knows what?
Harbaugh goes everywhere and gets players to play for him. 49ers…Michigan…Now Bolts winning record.

I also think losing to Washington in dramatic circumstances has impacted the Team negatively.
More of a reflection of the team being weak mentally.
They were one play away from beating a streaking Washington team with a QB that is killing his opponents…..Yet they watch Maye embarrass them at home.
