Chiefs getting 1.5???

Okay im not sure why but the Chiefs are getting 1.5 against the Browns this weekend....Jake Delhomme was in a boot today also...This line really seems too good to be true...Can someone please enlighten me and tell me if I am missing something....

K.C. started out at -2.5 and now at -1 which should tell you to watch out. K.C. is a really young team. Granted they have a lot of talent and a good staff too. The thing is they were in a home opener in a legendary stadium. 

If you look at the stats, there are still a ton of ???. Besides the return game (sick) and the one long run by J. Charles, they had a tough time finding any rhythm on offense. The weather also played a bit of a role on those returns. Harder to react on a loose field. 

I don't want to take anything from K.C. They played good D and return. Offense was pretty bad though. They were more lucky than good in a lot of ways. Plus that was a big emotional win for them and with a young team hat can be a spot for a let down.

That being said, this is the Brownies home opener and it's a lot different on the road with a young team. Home opener is big. Advantage Cleveland.

There is not a lot proven this early in the season and with a young team that hasn't found their offensive rhythm I would say that line is pretty spot on.

I like KC this weekend. I dont think they played their best last weekend and they still beat the chargers. lets be honest here, they're playing the Browns...

I don't know man.  That Chiefs offense was brutal against an average Chargers defense missing Shawn Merriman.  Cassel is looking to be a total turd.  Add all that into a young team coming off a very emotional win on a Monday night traveling into Cleveland and I just think The Browns take it.

I agree line is confusing here. I love KC none the less.  McCluster and Arenas are going to open some eyes this year and are game changers.Charles and TJ will get the running game in gear this week.  I think this defense is going to go from a 31st ranked d to top 10 in a year's time thanks to a superior coaching staff.

chiefs will flat out win if mangini does what he did last week - harrison or hills less than 20 carries vs tampa, a team notorious for being easy to run against.  actually 20-30 carries won't even matter as chiefs do remember harrison scorching for something like 285 yds last time they met. romeo should have that d geared to stop that nonsense from repeating again.

I love the Chiefs here , week 1 I had them, I ll have them week 3,4..

They are a good team. They have tons of young talent all over the field some good vets mixed in. Good assistants and coaching

Chiefs offense looks really suspect.  Cassel wouldn't even look downfield at times (not that I can blame him).  Nonetheless, they're playing the Browns!  Delhomme most likely won't play, and if he does he'll be gimping around and throwing his notorious interceptions.  Chiefs D looked good against the Chargers and the Browns in their best day couldn't be compared to SD.  Could it have been the home field advantage....perhaps.  Could it have been the weather....maybe.  Would I take the Browns -2 in this game.....no way

ok now seriously.... they went 3 and out 6 of 12 possesions.... only made 1 3rd down completion..... got a fumble recovery TD, a kick return TD.... and a long TD run.... their offense was still pathetic in a 21-14 win.....

on the road in Cleveland.... I'm going with the Browns here, and not cuz I hate the Chefs... but two shitty teams here, I'll take the home team at -2

This line and the Pats/Jets line has my mind boggled. The books are still unsure of this season and so are we. Only thing that is certain is the Bills haven't won a game at Lambeau field since 1974.

The Chiefs abandoned the passing game because of the rain Monday night. They might not be an offensive juggernaut, but they have some pretty good receivers and Cassel should have a good year.

They have two good running backs and a couple burners on special teams. If Cassel does anything and the defense is at least average, they should beat Cleveland.
