Colts are SOFT. I actually agree with this pic. This will be much like the Cincy/Denver game. Overlook that Pitt game they are freaking HOTT right now and not sure to many teams want to play them while they are fully healthy and rocking.

Don't hate the play but I would hardly call them hot. Dalton has had 3 bad games in a row, which just so happens to coincide with the emergence of Jeremy Hill and a more run-centric offense. Dalton is a rhythm QB who cannot get into a rhythm with the amount of running plays being called.
Factor in Green's banged up arm and concussion, zero pass rush, and a flu bug that is currently going around in the locker room, its hard to make the case for them.
Having said that, despite all of the negative energy about the Bengals, I somehow think they pull this one out as well. I have no idea how and no research/analytics can provide evidence for this play, but I think they get it done.

Green missed that game entirely. Also Jeremy Hill wasn't the starting RB, no Lamur, no Maulaluga.
Not to mention, Ahmad Bradshaw lit them up. Obviously he's gone now.
You must be a Bengals fan? Lamur and Maualuga are nothing more than JAGs and Jeremy Hill, while good, doesnt make up for the inept Andy Dalton. Andy Dalton w/out AJ Green is one of the worst QB's in the league.
The Colts had over 500 yards of offense in the first game and won the first down battle 27 - 8. The Bengals had 135 TOTAL yards in that game and the Colts turned the ball over twice, Cincy turned it over 0 times and still got blown out.
The bengals have also had to play what amounts to 4 very physical games over the past month and needed to win 3 of the 4 to even make the playoffs. Let down game? While the Colts have been on auto-pilot for the past 3 weeks after wrapping up their division early.
But by all means, take Cincy if you like. Myself on the other hand, I feel confident fading this Bengals team and Andy Dalton on the road.

Fresh in my memory is San Diego going into Cincy last year in the playoffs and creaming the Bengals. If I were to back the Dalton and Lewis show again this year with the same results I couldn't live with myself.
It is either Indy or no play for me. Lots of love on covers for Cincy...is it because of their win against Denver??? If so, that is a bad reason to back them here.

Let down game in the playoffs? Its not Week 12 against Jax... In terms of the LB's, they were down the starting 3 LB's in the game. Maybe they are JAG's, but I'd say it makes some sort of difference. If you're basing this game purely off of heir in-season matchup, than I must assume you also layed with Cincy last year against SD...

Let down was probably the wrong terminology but having to put that much emotion into 4 consecutive games in order to simply make the playoffs and then having to go on the road, in a venue that was extremely unfriendly to them back in October probably weighs on the minds of the Bengals players. Maybe there is a revenge angle here but I just dont see it.
Even if Green plays he still has one of the best corners in the league lining up against him in Vontae Davis. The Colts are a different animal at home on the indoor track and the bengals wont have enough offense to go toe to toe with Luck @ home.
I just cant see a reason to back Cincy/Dalton/Lewis on the road in a playoff game.

Vontae Davis doesnt move from his side of the field. AJ would see plenty of the other corners

Your'e not going to get much backlash picking against Dalton/M. Lewis in the playoffs. I'm just saying that some of the reasoning doesn't hold up. The team hasn't won a playoff game since 1990 and the pressure is on. They'll be ready and motivated. The problem is that they may be too ready and too motivated, causing tightness like last year against SD. Revenge seems to really motivate this team (maybe more than actually winning championships). If Cincy had gone to Indy and beat them earlier in the year, I'd be backing Indy all the way. Under these circumstances, I like Cincy.
