So I'm sure we've seen everyone saying Carolina is over rate and such. I even read a post of Carolinas weak strength of schedule? Read Dallas has a great defense? For me I don't see any of that. Non bias Carolina is legit. Their offense is legit and their defense is legit. There strength of schedule puts them right in the same strength of schedule as Dallas. Won't list key points for Carolina but I'll put a few out for Dallas that has me questioning a 1 1/2 point favor. 1. Dez Bryant....the guy isn't worthy of his contract. He's a butter fingers most of the time yet he does have some key receptions. 2. Greg Hardy....is this guy's head even in the game??? He will probably be off the team after the season ends and facing his old team well I just don't see him as a threat. 3. Shaun Lee....healthy after getting his bell rung? I think not 4. Romo gotta give him his props but beating Miami....really, by 10 5. McFadden another guy I have to give props to but is he really going to run all over Carolina? There are a few others but I just can't seem to pull the trigger on Dallas at minus points unless you guys know something I don't and please share. Happy Thanksgiving all and smash your bookie!!!!

Virtually every one of your talking points is the opposite of reality. Hope this helps.

your analysis is dead wrong, purely opinionated, and simplistic argument for going against the Cowboys tomorrow...Dez bryant not worthy of his contract? Tony Romo beating Miami? not very good arguments to back CAR or fade DAL

If you think a Carolina team that just scored 44 points, has 2 division games up next, has basically their division clinched and is travelling on a short week is going to be as up for the game as a talented team that is desperate for wins because injuries sidelined their 2 best players all year, and hasn't played at home in 3 weeks, go ahead and bet Carolina.
Really.

Well I read multiple threads! And I honestly don't know what the public is pounding but I think a lot of action will be on the Cowboys just because Romo is back. It's also a thanksgiving game and Cowboys usually win!

John please elaborate. Maybe I'm missing something?
Gladly.
1. Dez Bryant is a difficult cover, flat out. But even if Norman completely shuts him down, Peanut Tillman is likely to be out for this game. Meaning Carolina's starting slot CB will likely be forced into service on Williams, meaning Beasley could potentially run wild like he did in the 2nd half in the most recent game vs the eagles. 2. Greg Hardy is an emotional player, I'd be more worried about a foolish penalty than him not getting up for the game vs his old team. players he regularly keeps in contact with. 3. Sean Lee looked ok last game. An additional few days to "clear the cobwebs" (if him getting his bell rung was a concern) should alleviate any such worries 4. Romo was clearing off rust and beat the dolphins. Traditionally, he's quite adept at getting up/prepped for Thanksgiving games. Further he had somewhat of a leg up as far as film study in his time off for this game 5. Dallas is a top run blocking team. I expect them to effectively move the ball on the ground.
Dr. John has a considerable number of units on Dallas and may add to this depending on where the number lands before gametime.

Valid points, but I will throw in my 2 cents as to why Carolina will come ready to play:
They are undefeated. Say what you want about having the division already basically locked up, but if you're 10-0, you want the wins to keep coming. Especially when it seems like everyone is still saying how "unimpressive" they've looked. They have something to prove. Not to mention I think the fact that the Pats are still 10-0 also plays into wanting to be the last unbeaten, that would be my mentality.
Primetime, Thanksgiving game against America's team. The whole nation is watching, the Panthers know that, they want to show the nation that they are here to stay. Also playing on Turkey day should be enough to get any team amped up.
Cam Newton. If you don't think Cam Newton is hyped to play in this game and silence the haters, then you haven't been paying attention.
Now none of those are even the biggest factor as to why they will cover, those are just reasons why I think they come ready to play. Why I think they cover? They are the better football team. Better defense for sure, and in my opinion, a better offense. Do I think this is possibly a trap game and all Panthers bettors will be kicking themselves after? Yes. Am I gonna let that keep me from betting the Panthers? Hell no.
Best of luck to all though, have a happy thanksgiving!

coldweather my opinion is not a lopsided opinion. Tell me what exactly has Dez Bryant done besides run his fucking mouth and not the ball??? Give me his bomb ass stats..... There are none. He is not the player he was before his contract that he bitched about. It's all good brother and fellow members. Go back to the original post and there is NOTHING that said I was betting Carolina. I have a huge play in college football for tomorrow and am up pretty good on my book this year. That being said CAROLINA pk first half CAROLINA + 1 1/2. See you at the window!!!

Actually, it doesnt help him. You're a troll who invades every thread. You say a few words of criticism which you think is witty, but ZERO constructive feedback. There are more hobbies, like fly-fishing, stamp-collecting, etc.
Try one
In another thread you stated "everyone is on dallas", with the clear implication that the public is favoring the cowboys.
I'm going to go ahead and disregard whatever your post said.

America wants Dallas to win, Vegas wants Dallas to win, and the MAFIA also wants Dallas to win, because at the end the only UNDERFEATED team in the NATION is going to be the NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS !!! So give me Dallas to put an end to Carolinas winning streak....
