you mean you want another loss to the Steelers.

I think you're in for a rough weekend.
This is going to seem like I'm bashing . . . . I'm not. I'm truly and honestly asking a question. What is your reason for liking Tennessee? You wrote 10 lines worth (a paragragh or two), but never do you express any reasons or why you are taking the pick. If anything, it confuses the heck out of me. I value your picks which is why I'm asking. I'm not getting on you to be a jerk.
And for this, you had to reprint is whole reasons for his picks?...uh huh, your a jerk.

Are you blind bro ?
1. Homefield Advantage
2. Better Coaching
3. Flacco does not look good, 9 completions last week ????? Give me a break
4. Baltimore only beats soft teams but lost to NYG, TEN, and PITT twice, all teams that could match physicality and the Titans will match physicality
5. Baltimore had the 1st bye of the year - Week 3. Wear and Tear catches up to them here
6. This spread is disrespectful to Tennesse, but forget the spread, Tenn wins by Tenn
Good luck though

Damn, X....your gonna go against all my picks ?...lol...I knew you would be on SD though, when are you ever against them ?...you really think a backup running back is gonna beat the best Run Defense in the league, Indy is one of the worst in that department, be real with yourself there. If Pitt doesnt cover its cuz they beat themselves.
I just have a problem with Carolina's defense down the stretch giving up just about 30 points a game in their last 6. Kurt Warner is salivating the thought right now and i think the Cards have something to prove here with everybody talking about how their not a road team etc. This game eliminates 2 of their main strikes when they play on the road - weather and early starts, so i feel other than their divisional road wins they had, this should be their best road performance this year.

Don't understand where all this Baltimore love is coming from. I think people are just seeing two good defenses and salivating over three stupid points. Remember everyone, the winning team almost always covers the number in the playoffs...
Slingzz, this is well put (as always) and I agree that the Titans should be able to control this game for all the reasons you detailed above.

1. Homefield Advantage - OK, not a secret and a small concern.
2. Better Coaching - I think the head coach is better but I'm not so certain Cameron & Ryan is all that bad.
3. Nope, I'm not blind, but I think you are. "Flacco doesn't look good 9 completions" . . . . since when do successful handicappers use a sample size of 1 game???? Here's my favorite rebuttal to people who say Flacco is a rookie or not good . . . . COLLINS SUCKS!!!! LOOK AT HIS CAREER QB RATING AND LOOK AT HIS 2008 QB RATING!!!! COLLINS IS THE ONE THAT DOESN'T LOOK GOOD!!!!
4. Baltimore's losses to Pitt & Tenn had a COMBINED score differential after 4 quarters of 7 points (2.34 points average). 1 Game in OT, 1 game with a very controversial TD call w/ less than 2 minutes left, and the Tenn loss was w/ less than 2:00 left and aided by phantom/controversial Pass Int. call. The "luck" factor played a part in each of those games. Using it for handicapping purposes is ridiculous. AND THE MOST FUNNY IS THAT YOU'RE USING THESE GAMES AND THE RAVENS LOST BY 3, 4, & 3 POINTS IN EACH OF THEM . . . . SO, YOUR ARGUMENT HELPS MINE BY SAYING TAKE THE POINTS!
5. Complete nonsense. Not sure if you know this or not, but even Tennessee players who just had a bye week (and a normal bye week later in the regular season) is complaining about bruises, sprains, etc.
6. This statement is completely irrelevant and laughable. First, some players aren't even aware of the spread or even understand it. Don't start in by saying I'm a complete idiot if I don't think players don't pay attention to it. I know this. But, the same amount that do pay attention to it, don't! Second, what does it matter? So what? Let's assume the ridiculous proposition that Tennessee does care, what are they going to do now???? Play harder???? Poison Ray Lewis???? Stick Ed Reed Voodoo dolls with pins???? I mean, what will this information do to effect the game?
Hey, who knows . . . . maybe Tennessee wins and covers this game. But the reasons that you're giving are NOT the reasons this will happen if it does happen. These approaches to handicapping that you're listing is laughable and I am definitely NOT blind.

If Collins "Sucks" then so does Flacco based on the numbers.
