Isn't it more than a little odd that everybody is fading the Giants now that they are the favorite yet everybody was on their tip when they were the underdog? I hope it hasn't been forgotten that they not only were they an OUTSTANDING 12-4 ATS but 7-1 ATS @ home. Gentlemen, it simply doesn't get any better than that. Gambling, in my opinion, is a delicate balance of emotion and mathematical acumen. Vegas continues to make $$ by creating situations were the average person and/or fan ignores one and relies too much on the other; this is most prevalant when people only remember what they just saw on ESPN in the highlights and the final score. If Minny had a decent QB, not great but decent, they would have beaten Philly SU. I watched the entire game as Minny sqaundered numerous excellent opportunities with excellent field position getting 1. FG's 2. No points 3. Costly turnovers. For teams with similiar strengths i.e. the running game, solid defense esp. the run defense the biggest difference is QB play. I cannot see Manning playing the way that Jackson did but I can see the Giants playing as effectively against a fairly predictable Eagles as the Vikings did for virtually the entire game. Philly is not, let me repeat, not a good road team; on average they score almost 5 points less while allowing 3 points more. They are inconsistent, have been ALL YEAR. This is the quandry of betting on a team with as many issues as Philly; they might be respectful and put the seat down on your toilet one week but the next week they are going to piss all over the toilet as they flush your hard-earned $$$ down it!! 
I won't be sucked in by Vegas and the "momentum" which is nothing more than the Giants getting healthy and getting geared up to defend their Super Bowl crown. How much motivation does this team from not getting respect? They hear the whispers about the Eagles being hot and turning the tables on them in their own house. The Eagles played a physical game last weekend and they are going to get beat by at least a score (6-7 points) and likely 10 points. Believe what you saw all year and the facts, not what is being said by all the "experts" on TV or buy into the "hot" team tag to overlook the clearly better team.
