And his coach is doing an outstanding job, particularly with halftime adjustments! The Bengals have been extremely competitive on the road, with no losses of more than five points. In fact, they only lost two of their 23 games (including preseason) by more than five points all year, which is remarkable, when you think about it. It reminds me of a counter puncher; they take your opening punches to see what you've got, then modify accordingly. And the crowd noise does not appear to distract the Bengals, as proven by the playoff games in Tennessee and Kansas City. The Rams, on the other hand, have put all of their chips on the table, adding Matt Stafford along with a couple of big-name players during the season. They mortgaged their future for this year, yet I have the impression that something is still lacking there. Perhaps they haven't spent enough time with the new players coming on board, I'm not quite sure. Earlier in the season, they beat Tampa Bay by ten points, but in the playoffs, the Bucs rallied to tie the game when the Rams' whole season was on the line. Despite the fact that the Rams were way ahead, and the Buccaneers were without a number of key players. Moreover, I'm apprehensive about the three division games versus San Francisco. I just cannot get them out of my head, With all of their talent, you'd figure the Rams would annihilate them. The 49ers, on the other hand, destroyed them in the first game. And in the last two at home, they allowed Garoppolo to win one of them and were fortunate to win the last by three points. This trend worries me. After much deliberation, I'm going to trust my instincts and take the points. Based on what I have witnessed from Joe previously, and this season, I cannot go against him. His track record is far too impressive. I believe he will keep the game close, probability of overtime. Therefore, my selection for Superbowl 56, is Cincinnati + 4.5 Thank you in advance for your replies; whether you agree, disagree, or mock me, it's fine. If I lose my marbles before SB-57, always remember this..." family comes before wagering." Best of luck and Godspeed. Your old friend, Don Juan

I was against you last year but very relieved to be on your side this year and for all the reasons you listed. To pile on a bit, McVie is a coaching liability. Stafford, although talented is in the decline of his career with questionable decision making in big spots during the game. I could easily see the Rams shytting away this game as much as Cincy winning it.
Thanks again for your insight and devotion to your SB legacy.
GL to all.

What are my odds if I take 3-17 n fade old man don?
17-4 coming right up. Cover's bloodbath.
What y'all missing are the intangibles. Joe is cold as brrr in this game. Even Trevor Lawrence, the dominated QB in college can't fare well in the NFL.
Joe still got lots to learn. Cinn cinn wasn't favorite to win it all at the beginning of the season for a reason. Wham got this by 10. Come talk to me after the game. I'm a fan of money first and I hate mcvay just like anyone else but senior takes the trophy for John Madden rip

Speaking of which quarterback has been luckier than the other so far in this year's playoff, Stafford should have been picked off by 49ers' safety in the fourth quarter, which probably ended the game in favor of 49ers. In their game against Bucs, Rams let Bucs come all the way back in to tie the game, when Stafford luckily hit Kupp with a long pass to set up an easy field goal to win the game. So I think Stafford was just as lucky as Burrow. Speaking of common opponents, Rams lost to Packers in Green Bay by more than a touchdown. Bengals lost to Green Bay at home by a field gold in overtime after Bengals kicker uncharacteristically missed two field goals at the end of regulation and in overtime. Against Ravens, Rams barely squeaked out a win by one point, whereas Bengals blew them out both times. In Bengals game against Packers, Packers had easy scores early in the game, and it looked as if it will be an easy win for Packers. Sometime in the first half, Bengals defense stiffened, and Packers had a hard time scoring. I think Bengals coaching staff knows how to make adjustments in game or during half time to defend against the opposing team better.
