Detroit Lions @ New Orleans Saints
What most people didn't see last week when the Saints demolished the Giants was Eli Manning throwing for 21 straight completions (1 shy of an NFL record). The Saints defense is playing as bad as anyone in the league right now. Lions are 17-5 ATS on the road after a home loss of 10+. Vegas opened this line at -6 and was bet up to -9 due to public overreaction of the MNF game adding 3 points of value here crossing a key number which is huge. Lions have the personnel to keep up with the Saints offense and are fighting for a playoff spot. Detroit with 10 days rest as opposed to 5 for the Saints. Lions defense will be rested and will step up in the wake of Suh being suspended.
