I think this games going to get ugly for denver also. Belichik will not be duped into playing press man coverage with no safety help like pittsburgh was. The only time i saw tebow complete passes against the steelers is when his wide recievers were running wide open in man coverage.
The patriots know their defense isn't good. They won't go into this game cocky and won't take the "we dare you to throw it to wide open reciever" philosophy that pittsburgh took. They will make him drive the length of the field bit by bit to score instead of jumping the line with their safeties.
