If you love Football - and I know you do - You have to respect Drew Brees who most probably played his last NFL game

Best numbers in NFL and one of the most fierce competitors in a game.

I won two out of three bets against his Saints tonight - but, gotta respect the sportsmanship and professional showmanship of a man.

Even if he slipped here and there - he did it professionally

I just said this about Brees to my wife. "San Diego thought Brees was washed. To small, coming back from injury. The move on and draft Phillip Rivers. Rivers is now an old QB in his own right.

He's a class act...but man..1 Superbowl his entire career.....Last 4 years mighty disappointing....Roster was stacked...

Chargers drafted Rivers while Brees was the healthy starter.   The idiot GM AJ Smith (Lord of No rings was his nickname) with a totalitarian ego drafted Rivers when Brees was the young starter.    Even at the time, I said it was a questionable and wrong move.

Great player but gotta mention the summer and his totally caving to his core values to political pressure and the police rhetoric. He had an opportunity to stand against the nfl big money corporation and advertisers he caved oh well . Go home early and dwell on that . Live free or die Drew! ????

 It was some serious bad luck he only will end with 1 ring between the Minnesota miracle and the Ram Job. That being said he will be more then at peace with his 1 ring. Ask Marino, Jim Kelly, Phillip Rivers etc what they would have done for only 1 lol

my first ever football bet was taking the Saints to upset the Colts in the Super Bowl. 2009-10 those were good times with that high flying Saints offense. Bush, Meachum, Colston wow. enjoy retirement Drew! one of the all time great passers!

His greatest break was playing indoors his entire career.

yeah he should have at least 2 super bowl wins. Had a great head coach in sean payton and sta led defenses past few years, this year the defense was incredibly stacked 2 top corners 3 good pass rushers only thing missing was a dominant LB but Brees couldn’t get it done

 He’s a HOF , he makes his own decisions.  He will long be an ambassador to the team and city after he retires.  A true competitor knows when to call it a day.  When he’s ready he’ll do it.

one of the Greatest Qb's ever. Class Act Great family man who loved his Community. Bree's played because he loved the game. he played it well and set many records that will be hard pressed to be beaten. I look forward to watching him on NBC now as a Announcer. At least we can listen to someone who know's where their talking about.. Cheers to brees .

You look at Brees all those years and you never even once think he is not gonna give his 100%. May be had flaws here and there, but, even if he loses your bet - you never feel betrayed. Cheers to great sports figure
