it's time to say it... i think Rex Ryan was right!

needless to say (or it should be, at least)... the Colts are the big hurdle for the Jets...

i have Jets at 15:1 to win the SB, so this week i will be making the following plays...

ML Parlay: Vikings / Colts (+250)

Vikings (+4)

will bet more on the Vikes (+4) than the parlay... i have little doubt that the Vikings will beat the Saints, setting me up with a nice hedge for a cheap price...

i will also most likely take AFC (-?) to win the SB at the best line i can find...

IF Saints and Colts win:  i've already won my AFC (-?) bet

IF Saints and Jets win:  i've already won my Jets SB bet, and my AFC (-?) bet, and i will most likely load more on the Jets ML and Jets spread (+4.5?)

IF Vikes and Jets win:  i can get a good hedge on the Jets and guarantee a profit on my Jets SB bet

IF Vikes and Colts win:  i win my ML parlay, and will have Colts at a very generous line to beat the Vikes in the SB...

The Jets are not that great.  Blueprint my Aunt Matilda. 

That talk will cost you a lot of money.  You've got blinders on if you like the Jets against the Colts.  The Colts fearred one thing in this Championship game-a hot San Diego team.  The Jets took care of that.  Game-Set-Match.

If I watch the Jets mount a few eight minute drives, and score touchdowns, yea, I'm gonna feel like crud...Good luck with that.

jets have a shot if the blitz scheme can get hits on p.m.create t.o. and get them some cheap scores and give their defense a chance to make it an ugly game..that being said their up against arguably the best to play the qb pos.so they need to rattle his psyche. but on the other side,he knows how to utilize all his weapons..will definitely try to slow the rush by running the rock,misdirection,delay hand offs,stretch staple to the edge,and lastly maybe some screen game! behind these dog blitz packages,most d.coordinators play sound zone coverages! p.man.will find holes their if the o-line picks up extra rushers..which is what their adept at doing,being their a pass first offense..so they the nyj will have to mix it up big tyme,possibly some all out cover zero..comes down to can jets force some bad throws against the best,if they dont done deal! indy up by two td's turn out the lights and on down to florida..now on the other side it's all on the jets run game,and you know they'll see a loaded box early in the game to force long down and distance,and see if the rook can handle the press.cooker,to his credit he has been managed by design,but if the easy throws are taken away..slants,rollouts no one open dump downs..and he's gotta make stick throws on 3rd and long in a hostlie lucas oil..guess where im leaning! key for gang green is 1st down runs of 5 yrds. or more that they can work a short series of downs consistently, best scenario for them! or first down throws with the same intent to have third and short,that they can hammer with their run power set,if the game falls all on the trojans shoulder,their chances get slim..imho..either way good luck to all! best team wins..always.

You can't really say he's right till next year because right now the Jets remind me of ATL and Balt last year, If he has a second good year than you can say he was right. I will tell right now if it's the Jets make it to the superbowl they will get blown out.   Not to mention Cinn sucks and SD played in a easy divison this year played vs no good defenses got exposed vs the Jets, These are not the same high powered Colts, The Jets are on nice run, Like former Coach of the colts said the Bengals should have knocked the Jets out in that last game smart move Bengals, The Jets are still a flash in the pan especially is they go and get blown out in the Superbowl!

i think he did most of his shit-talking before that first game, mostly to inject some confidence in his team... he had a totally different tune last week...

i think sometimes a coach needs to talk a little shit on his team's behalf, and i personally feel his words had a positive effect on the team...

Indy should win and go on to the superbowl... but there's a good chance that this could be lights out for the COLTS.

Peyton Manning is 2-5 Straight Up against 3-4 Defenses in the Playoffs... Rex Ryan knows this and is probably using that exact stat to pump up his team even more, which seems to be working very well.

On the other end Sanchez is a rookie QB and is bound to choke any game now, a lot of pressure is riding on his shoulders maybe too much for such a young QB

There should be a low spread for this game, anything lower then Indy-3.5 is ludacris.

If the Vikings and Jets end up meeting in the superbowl they mine as well give the Lombardi trophy to the Jets...

Remember last year who Favre Played for, the JETS and then left them high and dry because he was retiring again. That entire JETS team would love to beat Favre and his Vikings in the Superbowl if that were the matchup...
