cool story: back in 08-09 or 07-08 cant remember a "friend" mentioned how there were a lot of independent bookies taking business away from the casinos. So what vegas did was make the lines "easy" and they would send runners to bet the lines against independents to wipe them out. Smartest thing ive ever heard.

(check out baron davis at ucla) he was rolling big and ucla bball didnt do that well. now check the same year ucla baseball top 5 in nation. they didnt even own a car!!!! garbage happens and it happens often.
