yep, you are correct. He wants Dallas to lose, he makes more money in his store than he would the Dallas bet. People don't understand, it's all about his name. Like, right here on Covers. People are looking him up, wondering what's going on with him. People everywhere including this website look him up, that's exactly what he wants. It works

Furniture place in Boston does similar thing with the Red Sox though there is no betting.  I thought they had insurance in place similar to if a guy hits a half court shot during the halftime show for a million dollars or whatever.
