"America's team" until just recently has blown for a decade. Giving way to much credit.
I love to hear the moniker America' Team, its synonymous for "Front Runners". We all know the type, they are somewhat akin to those clowns you see wearing Redsox hats now.
With an Avatar and username like yours "lakerfan", I'd say you fit the stereotype perfectly. I'll bet you own a Redsox or possibly a Yankees hat.

I'm actually offended by your ridiculous accusations. First off, the term "America's Team" is quite commonly known and the term is still frequently used. I don't ordinarily use it myself, but, I thought it was just a little something extra to throw in there.
Secondly and most importantly..... Don't question my fanhood son! My teams are the Cowboys, Lakers, and Dodgers professionally. In college my team is the New Mexico State Aggies and I also root for the UCLA Bruins. I also have other connections with the Texas Longhorns and West Virginia Mountainers, so, I root for them as well. I have been a fan of EVERY one of those teams for OVER 20 YEARS now....I'm not a "front-runner", a flip-flopper, or a bandwagon jumper. So, I'll go ahead and accept your apology in advance......just don't let that shit happen again!

I apologize for the big letters, they do look dumb, that was an accident. This guy (Who should not be commenting on Qb's being a Ravens fan and all) Is saying I believe (I am not gonna re-read that post) that Romo is such a great passer because he had more yards or completions or something despite throwing less passes than Palmer, and I am simply saying it's hard to have a good passing game when you dont have a running game. The running game sets up everything in an offense (if this guy had ever played qb, even in HS he would know that) Offenses need to have two good running threats to open up the passing lanes (or sure it seems that way) I am amazed that Palmer is considered a top 3 qb by 90 percent of the "experts" despite what he has had to work with...He has never had a tight end, (my book last season had the over under on how many times Romo would throw to Witten, he was the only QB that had props like that) which is crucial on short down situations and in the red zone (which is why the Bengals did not have good redzone numbers last year) Palmer made Housh into everything that he is today, if our recievers were that good we would nothave drafted 2 of em in the draft. Thats why mr. jones depite having a good running back drafted another one with his first pick. The bengals had one running back last year and that was a 3rd stringer. Im not even gonna check this thread anymore, Good luck with the second half bases everyone.
first off i played QB for my high school team and i now am the offensive coordinator for my old high school team so i think i know a little bit more about football then you do considering you admitted that you were a basketball player not a football player.
you are such an idiot that you won't even reread my posts because i did not say Romo was better cause he had more yards in less attempts. i was bringing that up because your dumb ass said Romo can't throw deep and i was proving you wrong. the stats say Romo is the 2nd best Qb in the NFL at throwing the deep ball. Tony Romo had the 2nd highest yards per attempt (8.1) the second highest passes over 20 yards (55, both only trailing Brady) and the third highes pases over 40 yards (11). so to say he can't throw it deep is ridiculous because i just proved to you with actual facts that he is the 2nd best deep passing QB in the NFL behind only Brady. In 2006 (to prove it was not a fluke) Romo had the highest yards per attempt out of every QB in the NFL (8.6) so in conclusion your dumb OPINION of Romo's ability to throw deep has just been shot down
your arguments about the schedule that they both play is even dumber then your first argument. EVERY team in the NFC East had a top 10 defense last year. i am going to write that again cause you seem to not be able to read. EVERY TEAM IN THE NFC EAST HAD A TOP 10 DEFENSE LAST YEAR!!!!!!!!! In comparison the AFC North had the number 1 defense (Pitt) the number 6 defense (Balt) and the 30th ranked defense (Clev). So the bengals played 4 games against a Top 10 defense in division and dallas played 6 games against a Top 10 defense in division play.
Dallas had the 17th ranked running game last year and there starting RB Julius Jones averaged 3.6 yards per carry. There running game was the weakest part of the offense by far. in contrast dallas had the #2 ranked passing game. they don't have adrian peterson or LT or even the jacksonville running game so don't make it seem like there passing game is a product of some great rushing attack because that is not true.
I truly hope you don't come back to this thread clown because you keep on embarrasing yourself. Stick to basketball where you might know more then me...your way out of your league so stop calling me out you f'in momo

Very nice! I guess that goes to prove my earlier point which he quickly dismissed.....

Just to correct this, I don't know if it's everywhere, BUT, everywhere that I've ever been or heard about you have to be an employee of the school district in some sort of capacity to be a coach; whether it's an assistant prinicipal, a math teacher, a counselor, a custodian, or whatever. So, I doubt he works at the local Wal-Mart.

I agree, those are the top 5 QB's in that order.

The best at what?
Managing their money?
Landing a Hot wife?
Keeping their nose clean?
Winning a Super bowl?
Passing Drills and workouts?
You have no parameters, so there's no way to answer. Top 5 fantasy QB's, or top 5 QB's that give you the best chance to win a Super Bowl in '09 ? Top 5 for entertainment purposes?
I'll solve this McCrap argument right now. EVERY time McNabb goes down, his backup has either matched him or outperformed him. Just ask the Philly fans how bad they wanted to keep Jeff Garcia after the time he served in Philly.
Matt Hasselback is a proven game winner, that noone gives much airtime to. Also, Big Ben isn't proven. He won a suberbowl with a team that won games because of DEFENSE first, and RUNNING second. All they needed out of Ben was game management, see Dilfer, or Eli . Disruptive defenses, good running games, and a Quarterback that didn't lose games for you.
