Brother, your in for a rude awakening this season.
Let "this" go.
Geez dude, c'mon man, I know you're not retarded...Did I say ANYBODY was going undefeated? Did you not comprehend my point? EVERYBODY loses games dude, even the GREATEST of all freaking time!
And for the record......IMO, 13-3 is a great regular season record, I'll take that again and go from there!
So what's this "rude awakening" that you speak of? I'm real curious about that........wanna put your foot in your mouth some more?

Merely pointing out the fact that you may be somewhat disappointed in the division standings when it's all said and done.
Prepare yourself for the possible letdown. As you might be scratching your coconut in Jan wondering how a team w/a fat, slow, washed up QB won the divsion.
We both know that deep down, you are somewhat concerned if #5 stays healthy. Yeah it's a big if, but when healthy the guy will carry that team.

Ok, you've got me all wrong. I am not a bit concerned about #5, about the Eagles, or anything remotely close to that...
So first you say I'm in for a "rude awakening" and now you are saying it's "possible", and I "may be", I "might be", and "if"...c'mon man, so what is it??? Are you changing your tune? What happened to the "rude awakening"?

jesus i have never seen a bigger collection of morons ever.
Ltbdubz5 andd goodkat, i can tell you guys never played the game of football in your life...it is painfully obvious. to say romo is a fluke or bad Qb just shows how ignorant you are.
here are the facts. Romo has started 26 games in the NFl and only 1.5 years. he is the dallas cowboys single season record holder for most TD's in a season and most passing yards in a season. both years he has played he has had a quarterback rating over 95 which only 5 QB's had last year and only 3 had in 2006. the guy is only going to get better as i am sure you would agree that a player is not the best he will be after only 1.5 years and 26 starts. Oh and his completion % has been above 64% both years. he does have weapons but Peyton Manning, Tom Brady and Carson Palmer all have better WR's and weapons then Romo does so that arguement is bullshit. the argument about being 0-2 in the playoffs is bullshit cause Dan Marino is considered a top 3 QB of all time on EVERYONES list even though he never won a superbowl. you morons dont realize that this is a TEAM game and no matter how good or how bad a QB is it takes a team to win the superbowl ( see Trent Dilfer and Dan Marino). its pretty clear you guys just hate dallas or romo or probably both. here are his stats in case you morons dont remember. if it were not for Brady last year, Romo would have been the talk of the league

. Tony Romo, this guy us a pure clown. What has he done? He is in the joke of the NFL (The NFC) The Cowboys have a played a joke schedule the past two years (I dare someone to look back and tell me that they have played an elite schedule) Most of his passes seem to go to a tight end or a short out route, he has not shown that he is confortable throwing the ball deep. I don't think that it is physically possible for him. He has been praised by everyone because people are wanting Dallas to have the next Troy and they will give anyone that title that has had half of a good season. (I won't even bring up the fact that they have an owner who is too stuborn to hire a GM that actually knows a thing or two about football to run things because he loves to stand on the sidelines where the cameras are. Because thats a diff. topic.) Look at Romo's history, when has he had a complete consistant season? Never. Romo has all of the advantages that 90% of the QB's in the league would kill to have. A good receiving core, a great running game, a defense, a pass catching tight end, an awful confrence, and an offensive line that might be one of the best in the game. Lets look at Palmer. He has some of the best stats in the NFL since he became a starter. What has he had. Over-rated Chad Johnson that falls down whenever he catches the ball. TJ who Carson turned into a great receiver. Defense (hopefully it will get better, but to date has been in the bottom 3 worst in the league) A running game, Rudy Johnson wasn't a good player till Carson got there and people started to play the pass more. Last year he was hurt most of the year and they had to rely on a 3rd stringer and Carson still passed in the top 5 in yards. A tight end?? He has NEVER had a pass catching tight end. I'd be suprised he has thrown to the tight end more than once a game in the past 4 years. (Opposed to Romo or Manning who seem to thrown to their tight end whenever they need .
where to start with this nonsense...keep in mind i am posting facts while you are posting your dumb opinion and also keep in mind i am a raven fan and have no bias either way i just know for a 100% fact that Romo is a good QB on the verge of being a great QB
according to your quotes above, no QB in the NFC can be a good Qb because the conference sucks...FYI the giants won the superbowl. so i guess Brett Farve has always been a bum huh? you see how stupid you look...but wait there is more stupidity
You said and i quote" Most of his (romo's) passes seem to go to a TE or a short out route. He has not shown he is comfortable throwing the ball deep. I don't think it is physically possible for him" you could not be more off bas on your OPINION. here are the FACTS. Tony Romo had the 2nd highest yards per attempt (8.1) the second highest passes over 20 yards (55, both only trailing Brady) and the third highes pases over 40 yards (11). so to say he can't throw it deep is ridiculous because i just proved to you with actual facts that he is the 2nd best deep passing QB in the NFL behind only Brady. In 2006 (to prove it was not a fluke) Romo had the highest yards per attempt out of every QB in the NFL (8.6) so in conclusion your dumb OPINION of Romo's ability to throw deep has just been shot down...he is one of the best in the NFL at getting the ball downfield
One last point you must be a moron if you think that T.O and Patrick Crayton is a better 1-2 punch then Chad Johnson and TJ. TJ and Chad have both been to probowls and had 1,000 yard recieving years not to mention that Chris Henry is a really good 3rd WR when he is not in trouble with the law. the only thing Romo has on him is a good TE. the fact that dallas defense is better is irrelevent and in fact since Cincy's defense is worse, Palmer should be able to pass for more yards and put up better number because they have to pass the ball more with cincy being such a bad defensive team they are playing catch up alot while Romo and the cowboys normally grind out 4th quarter wins with barber and co.
my brother is a HUGE dallas fan and i am forced to watch alot of there games so i get to see first hand how good Romo is. i have seen him make plays that no other QB in the NFL could make IMHO. stop hatin and congradulate a man that has made himself out of nothing to be one of the best QB's in the NFL. sorry to post so many facts but i like facts i could care less about you or anyone elses dumb opinion that has probably never played a minute of organized football

i more thing for you goodkat. your hero palmer threw for 4,131 yards on 575 attempts. romo with only 520 attempts (55 less attempts) threw for 4,211. so in 55 less attempts, romo threw for 80 more yards yet palmer has such a great deep ball and romo does not even have the ability to get the ball deep according to your dumb OPINION. plus CJ and TJ are both deep threats while dallas only has one deep threat (T.O) and even though dallas has Witten at TE, he is not catching these deep balls romo is CONSISTENTLY completeing

hilarious that people would putt manning ahead of brady...Manning has played his whole career indoors and in friendly climates like houston jax etc...Manning has had harrison and wayne for the majority of his career and the one year brady had moss he broke the td record despite playing half of his game outdoors in snow rain and wind instead of the gym that manning plays in with perfect conditions...
1. Brady
2. Manning
3. Ben
4. Palmer
5. Romo

I can not only tell by your posts that you have not only never played football before, but I don't think that you have played sports before. (except perhaps the over 40 league at your local YMCA) You try to look at the stats to show that Romo is a great QB or even worthy to be mentioned in the same breath as the other qb's. Palmer threw more attempts than Romo..Great arguement, When your defense gives up 40 pts a game, they have to throw, and because of the running game he is being forced to throw into double coverage. I don't care what kind of stats your throw out there. If Kwame Brown averages 40-20 when he comes to play with your and YMCA team, and Dwight Howard averages 20-15 in the NBA or you going to tell me that they stats show the Mr. Brown is better because his stats are so great. When Cinci plays the likes Baltimore twice, Pitt twice (those 4 games are much more than Dallas will ever see) Look at the Bengals schedule this year and tell me Romo would be a pro bowler against those teams. Brett Farve...Good QB, IMO most over-rated QB to ever play (There was a column on ESPN about 3 months ago that was written that refuted him as even being mentioned in such a catagory with the all-time greats.) You honestly sound like a guy that looks at the numbers and can prove who the best is. Coming from a person that played at the highest level of college athletics (basketball not football) I don't think you know what your talking about. Of course Im a Bengals homer...But I am the biggest Steeler hater in the world and as much as I dislike Roth, (And Im sure you will tell me that Romo's stats are better than Roth's too) You can't argue than Big Ben is a much better QB. (but since you watch the Cowboys games Im sure you will try)

Goodkat - Dude, what's up with all the big letters???
And your argument doesn't make much sense. "Palmer threw more attempts than Romo..Great arguement,"......LMAO! That wasn't his argument at all. Try re-reading what he said and comprehending what he was saying once again.
P.S. I'm a fan of Carson Palmer, I think he's a good QB. I think he's underachieved recently and could play much better though. You have his little brother Jordan there in Cincy now as well, I met him a few times during his college years in El Paso (where I work)...pretty cool guy. I like the Bengals squad, they're kinda like one of those "other teams" that I root for, I'd love to see them beat out the Steelers this season for the division...good luck!

Another thing, I think you're underestimating facing the defenses in the NFC East...Skins, Eagles, and G-Men. Plus, they ALWAYS try to really step it up against "America's Team"...
