When value presents itself, you really need to sit up and take notice.
The Baltimore Ravens are one of those teams that really go about preseason in a different manner than most teams. This is a team that values winning in the preseason as opposed to just evaluating players and trying to get through games relatively healthy.
Baltimore is currently riding a 17 game winning streak straight up during the preseason and under Harbaugh, has won the last 7 preseason home openers. Now that's a coach who values winning and a program that i want to back in a situation such as this.
Baltimore Ravens -2 1/2

I been on this line the moment it popped out. I think they have a chance to break 21 winstreak set by the Packers from 1960-63. Possibly would have broke it in the upcoming game against Saints if not for covid wiping out preseason last year. Will have to wait until 2022 lol
Sip on that plus money honey!

Good luck Eastside!

Very heavy on the Saints in this one for many reasons.
1. Hill and Winston still battling for #1 so its possible they both get some time with the 1s.
2. Siemian has some NFL experience
3. Ian Book can take off and run and when you have a 4th QB who can make plays with their legs you have a chance in the Preseason. (See Dobbs in Pittsburgh as example).
No way ravens are playing Jackson in this one while the Saints are trying to figure out #1.

good counterpoints, that is why the line is only -2.5, despite the ravens being a preseason auto bet under harbaugh.

interesting counterargument.
maybe Saints migght give Ravens all they can handle although Harbaugh have usually taken care of Saints in preseason(dont think he has lost vs them).
Nobody should expect teams to put out their starting QB in the first week of preseason anyway, maybe the second week. Trace McSorley should play a half and Tyler Huntley plays the other half. there should be a QB competition to be Lamar's backup and they'll have more time to operate. Both QBs are also mobile too. Should be an interesting game now that you made me think about it

would be curious to see how the Saints dole out the reps for all quarterbacks in the game. Taysom Hill gets quarter 1, Winston quarter 2, Ian Book quaeter 3, and Simeian quarter 4?
Cant wait to see what the Saints gameplan is going in , in the coming days

GL all and I'm just glad to have football back! Nothing better then betting NFL.
Other issue the Ravens have is their OL. Big Al is apparently struggling in camp with back up Defenders getting by him easily. Ravens do want to establish the pass this year but I think they will really try to focus in on what they have on the Line in regard to depth and quality.
Baltimore Sun ran a story that read: Ravens are in trouble if Offensive line doesn't improve. Offense is struggling and the Line is even worse from what the story reads. No way Harbaugh enters week 1 without knowing if their heavy run scheme will work and the only way to get it right is with the big boys up front. As a Steeler fan nothing warms my heart more knowing Big Al and that team is struggling.
Saints are opposite in which they have to figure out which QB can make the throws and which WRs can make some plays. I expect the Saints to throw a ton of balls in this game which can equal some big plays. Also if Devonta Freeman is your RB#3 you too have some quality RB depth on a team that loves to throw to their RBs out of the backfield. In preseason having a check down is key to not getting killed.
Only issue I'm worried about is the Saints Kickers as in all preseason games.
I know i'm a Rookie but been coming to covers for years for write ups like this even if the pick is wrong it was always nice to have a little more details other then i pick this team. LOL Good Luck
I also love the Broncos for the same reason! Anytime you have a #1 QB battle you get more time with all the key players to try to win the job!

That's great but half the game will still be played by Huntley and again here is the Ravens own story about Huntley.
The former undrafted free agent was picked off three times within an eight-pass span including interceptions on consecutive plays to Marlon Humphrey and DeShon Elliott.
Huntley had trouble seeing the field all day and the defense took full advantage of it. It didn’t help matters that a beat-up offensive line struggled to contain the pass rush as well.
KEY POINT: OL struggled to contain the pass rush as well. If the OL is bad it wont matter who is as good as Hill and Winston! EDGE SAINTS

That's because he was throwing against an elite secondary and the O-line has also been banged up. Huntley will be throwing against 3rd unit/4th unit corners on the Saints roster. BIG DIFFERENCE. There's nothing wrong with what you mentioned since it did happen. Think you're reading a little too much into the training camp practices bud.

He will also have a 3rd string line protecting him. If the 1st string line is getting beat by backups how is the 3rd string line gonna hold up? Ravens News is all you gotta read on this one! Its a trap game because everyone is high on the 1st game record for the Ravens but this is a new year and records are meant to be broken. When is the last time the Saints had a #1 QB Battle? I'll wait! :) That OL in Baltimore is downright awful! Wish we could bet sack totals in this one to be honest. GL and its fun debating if anything else as it just means its football season baby!!!!
