KC defense isn't good but they are good at pressuring QBs.  That is all a really, really, really good offense needs.  It's the difference it needs to outscore the opponent.

All the defense has to do is force 3 or more punts and game over, blown out.   That is going to be easy to do because unlike the first half of the first game the Chiefs won't be settling for FGs early.  So when Brady is down 10-0, 13-0, 20-7.  That is when the elite pass rush will get to him and make things very messy for that offense.  That is literally all they have to bring to the table in order for the Chiefs to win, cover and win the SB.  They have done at least that all season long.  There is zero reason to expect any different tomorrow.

To reiterate, Pats have zero shot tomorrow. Sorry.

     Bingo!

The best defense is a really really really good offense and what's even better than that? A really really really good offense combined with a top of the NFL pass rush against an immobile QB. Taking place in a stadium that's extremely hard to play at against a great team in a huge game. Patriots are going to have a crazy time trying to keep up.

Gave up 27 to SF, 23 to DEN, 21 to GB, and 28 to LAC.

Gave up 21 to Green bay ...in pre-season ??

You said the first 4 games win or lose for NE ..don't even count ?.

.KC played SF in week 3 / Denver in wk 4...but you want to count them and a pre-season game vs Green Bay..

You're right about one thing..no team is the same team from.wk 1-17 and no one is looking at the final number of entire season and making an argument..Concentrate on the final 4 road games..was n.eng the same team @ Pitt @ /@ Tenn / @ Miami where their fake defense gave up 34 twice.and 6 yards  during that span....oh maybe it was Miami's and Tennessee's and Pitts Superbowl then to...

I have NO and KC, but good luck to you, LC.  You have many tailers. who need your picks to prevail.

My fault on GB. But this defense and team has been distracted, even in the last 4 road games. You'll see a different defense on the field tomorrow. You guys are not giving the NE offense on the road enough credit because you have seen the old team. And Brady was dealing with a sprained MCL. The bye week helped him out, he looked real good last week.

    Its quite simple:

-The PATs had Gordon when they beat KC this season. Who's the deep threat now? it doesn't exist

-Can the PATs generate any type of pass rush what so ever to stop Mahomes? An emphatic NO

-Does KC have a pass rush to get to Brady? Yes

-Can KC stop the run? Yes

-Super tough to win at Arrowhead? An emphatic YES

    -KC -3 for the victory

    an_cheers

Fine if you agree on the side he's taken, but making claims like the Patriots have zero chance of covering and providing no real substantive information brings nothing to the conversation for anyone.

    A.  Chiefs have played the toughest schedule of all the playoff teams back before the wildcard started.

    B. Chiefs offense and elite pass rush have never been stopped, not once.  Even in their losses.  Meanwhile, the Pats and every other team in the league has looked like garbage at least once.  (Saints Offense vs Cowboys, Rams offense vs Bears, Pats offense vs Lions, Pats offense vs Titans, Pats offense vs Steelers, Pats defense vs Jaguars)

    C. Mahomes won't have any early game jitters as he had in the last matchup in Foxboro.  That game could have easily been a Chiefs blowout.

So to think the Pats defense in the noisiest and arguably toughest stadiums to play in will stop an offense that has never been stopped once so far or a pass rush that took on the best OL group last week and dominated, well they have zero shot at either of those two feats.

So now you are left with only one scenario that the Pats have of covering this game.  That is, keeping up in a shootout, on the road in the noisest, hostile stadium there is.  Your strength (rushing) will be abandoned when they are down early.

That whole "we're just going to run the ball and keep Mahomes on the bench....." gameplan was uttered by every single DC every week and it has never worked once single time.  And trust me the Ravens had the perfect personnel to pull it off and they still failed.  Pats have zero chance of playing keep away.

no play on either side in this one for me, but to say the crowd noise will factor into the defense of the Patriots just isn't true. That crowd is going to be quiet as a church mouse when the chiefs are on offense. Home crowds get loud to affect the opposing offense. Not their own.

Pats have no chance of covering the 3 pts much less blowing the 2nd greatest offense of all time in their home field out.   Pats fans are the truly delusional ones.  How many years do you ppl think this team will just cruise easily to the SB?

    It ends tomorrow.

Good luck Pats, ya traded Jimmy G your future for nothing as well.  Got another 2 years of Brady before it all ends.

Have fun in the basement Pats fans.

And yes I believe playing the toughest schedule from all the playoff teams and still winning the number 1 seed and walking away with the best offense in the league would mean that they are battle tested.

Sorry, they couldn't play garbage teams like the Pats division and still not have a top 5 offense or the #1 seed.  I'm sure the Pats are the real battle-tested squad this season.  Right, objective non-biased friend?

donkey your right i am...funny they scored more on them....point still being you need defense to beat the patriots...they wont show...KC isnt the team...I understand why they are favored...the pats cant play at arrowhead..kc best offense ever..hill is cheetah...tom is old..and the young MVP is the new GOAT after one good year .....ofcourse the game 2 years ago.....bleh bleh bleh.....this is what the public remembers....i saw games where they focused on hunt...a lot...didn't give respect to hill because of that focus...yes hill is the best return man in the game...i love they discount the best team ever to play.how many no name players has he made look good through the years...you take away one he will find another...you got one cheetah, kelce is great..i like watkins too...speed helps only so much in the cold.. hunt made them way better..bottom line is they are not better than when they played the first time and patriots are better than the first time..+155 is disrespectful....lol I wish I waited i got +140

so I will either cash or hear I told you so.. I prefer the cash....Patriots ML

Called for the Rams to win large against the Saints back in week 9. Obviously, that did not happen.

So, I'd wager it's gonna take some time searching the trash bin trying to justify the Rams covering this time around. Not an easy write up for someone continuously fading the Saints.

Westgate has Pats @ +160. At that price I think its a good bet, because I can see the Patriots winning more than 39% of the time.

How can you possibly predict whether or not another human being will or won’t have early game jitters in the biggest game of his life? That is absolutely terrible analysis.

Then throughout your multiple posts you use the phrase “zero chance/shot” as if you are some pyscic that can predict the future. Your post is comical and and backed up with no real facts or evidence, simply just your arrogant opinion of what you think will happen.

How bout for fun we throw a few facts out there just to mix it up a little bit.

Fact 1 - The Patriots have a huge coaching edge in this game.

Belichick- 5 Super Bowl Wins, 8-4 In AFC Championship Games

Reid- 0 Super Bowls - 1-4 in Conference Championship Games

Fact 2 - No team in NFL history has given up 400 yards per game or more and won the Super Bowl, EVER!  Chiefs gave up 405 yards per game this year.

Fact 3 The Chiefs are 5-4 ATS at Home this year which is 10th best in the NFL. Hardly the toughest place to play based on those numbers.

The Patriots are one of the best dynasties in professional sports history. The fact that you say they have 0 chance to win is laughable. I have no idea who will win tomorrow but anytime I can get Belichick vs a coach with a shaky playoff track record like Reid, I’m certainly giving the Pats a strong chance to cover and win. They are a team that can never being counted out, let alone given zero chance to win.

That whole "we're just going to run the ball and keep Mahomes on the bench....." gameplan was uttered by every single DC every week and it has never worked once single time.  And trust me the Ravens had the perfect personnel to pull it off and they still failed.  Pats have zero chance of playing keep away.

LC has been good all season but he is way off on the Pats KC game.  First off Brady and company been to the afc championship game 13 x and this is now 8 in a row.  They suck now, lol, Brady is a person but he has to try to motivate his team somehow.  Not one Patriot fan doesn't think they can't win this game. Eddleman Bet against us tshirts. another person.  All there great numbers won't mean anything. Chiefs have not let up 30 pts in last 34 home games and have scored at least 26 pts every game this season.  Chiefs -3 is the right side. I don't even think the final score will be close.  Chiefs cover James White they will win this game easily.
