First of all, UHQB, with all due respect, you're a horrible oddsmaker. It's as if, for you, time has stood still ever since the Patriots crushed the Buffalo Bils, 56-10, last year on Sunday Night Football. How else could someone come up with a crazy line like Patriots (with Brady) -13 at San Francisco?
Secondly, and with not as much respect, if you bet on the next two Patriots games (on them this week and against them next week), your best hope is splitting out, but most likely 0-2.

That advice coming from someone whose memory is amiss and who couldn't be bothered to check the actual results of last year's two meetings between Miami and New England. The truth is that Miami didn't come close to beating New England last season. In their first meeting, the Patriots led 42-7 at halftime in Miami before cruising to a three touchdown win. In their second meeting, the Patriots led 28-0 at halftime before cruising to another three touchdown win.

Does it grate on anyone else that someone would write something like "if you look at records from history against miami", then immediately proceed to offer inaccurate information that shows that he didn't bother to "look at history against miami"? Unbelievable. Pats backers, you're going into war Sunday with the likes of Coupee36. Just remember that.

Bruschi54, I figure you know who's the underdog in this game but in that post you sound as if you think the Patriots are the underdog. A little confusing.
MB, you are correct. sorry for the confusion, as I didn't mean underdog in the sense of the line. Confusion all on my part. Again, I think SF could be a play, but by far not the best play of the board. I wouldn't touch at this point. Just like I thought the Angels would kill the Sox in the ALDS, you just never know what will happen with these Boston teams....Trends are the Trends in both sports. LAA 0-11 vs. BoSox....
