For a guy who puts in 80 hours a week you spend a lot of time explaining yourself and telling us how much you've won in the past. Do NFL teams, when having a losing season, remind everyone how good they were the last few years?

You act like the Niners were not a good bet because they didn’t cover. The results matter less than the process. Niners outgained the Buccaneers 2 yards to 1. Their 80% kicker missed 3FG. Hello?! The refs allowed the Buccaneers to shove a the Niner player from the punt team into his own man who was signaling for a fair catch. That allowed the Bucs to get back in the game. Did you watch the game? 7 out of 10 times the Niners cover a game like that. Shit happens. It’s the NFL. Move on.

If you have the time.
would love to hear why the Cowboys?
just want to understand the system that has been successful for you.
for me, besides fading I couldn’t come up with a system where getting the Cowboys at 7.5 was a good bet.
Thanks

I am not questioning the outcome, I am asking the process of why the 49ers, or any of his bets. I am trying to improve my handicapping.
For me, with the news of CMC coming back, and the spread sitting at -6.5, it was luring money to back the -6.5. Next its the possibility of the the backdoor cover, Baker have shown all season, he and the Bucs are willing to go all in to throw up meaningless scores. Check the Godwin injury game, most teams would have thrown all their starters on the bench, and they almost covered that game against the Ravens.
Like this current Cowboys game, what stat or motive is there to take the home team at 7.5? I couldn't find one stat to back up the Dallas Cowboys today on Defense or Offense without Dak. For me this was the clear NO BET game out of all the games on the board. Unless I am just fading to fade.
Vanzack have stated he have his system, and there are so much in picking his games, and I just want to know, how and what goes into the process of picking the bets. I want to say I have mostly everyone figured out on this site, maybe except him.

Made a lot of money tailing you and this questions isn't meant to be disrespectful. Do you think reverse engineering losses and using algorithm to test opposite parameters is worth running trials on?

I know you good. Keep doing your thing.

I'm sure there's a system, the question remains whether the bets equate to the posts.

I agree that there has to be something to trigger a bet, for some one as good as Van, to be 10 games under the .500 number is rare.
For instance
Dogs or Favs
home or road team
Hot streak
trends
Injuries
matchup history
just to name a few

I'm curious and second @MRxKrazz backing the Cowgirls question?

@vanzack
Colts turn it over 4 times and lose by 10
San Fran 3 missed field goals and win by 3
Vikings 3 turnovers win by 5
tough week Van but these kinds of games have to turn in our favor. Shitty run out. Keep trucking along the tide will turn soon

Like coaches, handicappers have to make adjustments, the game changes, what worked a couple years ago doesn't necessarily work now. It'll take a Texans win to bring me even for the season in the NFL, been awhile since that happened and I've been doing this for many years. This has proved to be a different season no doubt. And go Houston.

That’s why I’m so interested in Van’s Cowboys pick? Besides homedog, fade, no stats or trend support them especially with Dak OUT.
also agree with making changes, maybe the success for the past 7 years is why he isn’t having a successful season this year, and I want to learn WHY!!
no one putting in 80 hours a week don’t have some sort of check list before making a bet!!
Just want to learn! That’s all.

@MRxKrazz
lol give it a break. You can’t figure him out bc there’s no write ups - just picks. And no, he’s not going to tell you his system. That’s basically like IP.

Everybody has a cold streak and a hot streak. Van has always been very consistant. To question his plays, system etc after the fact makes no sense.
Not to speak for Van did any of you know that Dallas was 17-1 straight up in the last 18 division games played at home? You would be wise to go back and read his first thread to start this season.

It’s weird I just went back and read vanzacks post before the season and there is something that mentions “I might not even have a winning this season” bc something about he is due to have a bad one. Just a bad omen and bad timing I guess. I was up huge and it came crashing down on me again still out of my hole but gotta build back. If I can do it my point is van can do it
