The line move is due to the HOME WITH REVENGE angle, not to entice dog betters IMO.  In college and pro's the line moves with this angle 99% of the time.

There's no revenge factor in this game.

Game meant more to TEN trying to make playoffs than to PIT just trying to stay healthy for the playoffs.

not 13.5, 9 shouldve been it. collins good for atleast 2 ints. and one of them a return td for pitt. pitt d will most like force a fumble or 2. bengay worthlessburger will throw atleast 2 td's. and willie parker will be willie parker, 1 or 2 tds for the game. thats why the line should be 9

 Last time I checked, the game  is played on a field not in some odd,s maker,s office.

S.D. could very well lose their game outright to the Raiders.

DAL should cover the line move,T.B. is in a transition year under the new coach.

Games are played on the field and results are made in the oddsmakers office.
