When has Pittsburgh covered as TD plus favorite? Raiders, Seattle, Bears. All 6 point plus favorites. Pittsburgh didnt cover any of them. Good luck with the pick.

That you think that shows how good they are at doing it. They did it monday night, everyone focused on the refs, didn't focus on boswell missing pat and big ben missing open recievers. Big ben has been doing it for years, still remember when he threw back to back 6 td games, then played the jets who had the worst pass defense and he had a play where he had nearly ten seconds to throw, no pressure and deliberately threw into triple coverage causing an int. to many examples over the years of stuff like this.

@Dynasty4
You should learn proper grammar before you call someone an idiot.
This idiot had dolphins +8.5 last night and bears +7 and steelers to win by 1-6 pts on mnf. I'll gladly be an idiot by betting against the public in certain spots.

Advanced line was -7.5, the adjustment is a combination of public perception for both the Lions and Steelers play to this point of the season. An I don't agree with the line move to -9.
On principle taking the Lions is the play. Who is Pitt to be favored by more than a TD vs anybody in the league?

I have zero idea on the side in this one but Najee Harris hurt his foot in practice Thursday and Chase Claypool hurt his toe against the Bears and he had to leave the game and he is banged up in other ways also (groin or hamstring?)...
If Claypool can't go and that seems to be trending now, James Washington can be the #2 receiver behind Diontae Johnson.
This is not a bad thing IMO...Washington should be a starter. He earned the right in 2019 when he was their leading receiver when Ben was out...he made many receptions over the middle and in contested passes he seemed to almost always win the battle. Washington will leave in free agency at the end of the year (I don't blame him), so this is his time to shine.
Not clear on how serious the foot injury is to Najee Harris...one of those foot injuries sidelined King Henry (his was the bone along the side of the pinky toe that he used to push off and make his cuts).
There is a recent emergence of the Pitts' rook TE from Penn State...Freiermuth, he is Ben's new Heath Miller. He has great hands, he gets separation and is at times wide open and he is a load to bring down. He excels one on one in the red zone and IMO, he will blossom into stardom sooner than later.
What team can get emotionally up to play the Lions? Some are picking them to get their first win and historically Pitts does always seem to play down to their competition. I backed Pitts to cover against the Bears so I know I can't predict what these jibronies will do from week to week.

Like the play HEADMASTER! Had this game circled, and was hoping for a more dominating win with the Steelers on Monday Night, to inflate the line a bit more. Lions win their first game!

LOL HEADMASTER...casting pearls before swine.
Sometimes, the atmosphere on COVERS reminds me of growing up in Western Pennsylvania...a 'coming thru slaughter' experience.

Line has moved down I personally don't understand Vegas making the Steelers 2 score favs I think they want people taking the points after last week's doggies performance and Thursday night outright dog winner Pittsburgh gets the win and batter and beat Goff down blowout Pittsburgh will be tied for first place in their division after this week good luck with Lions

Lions will win this game straight up. The opening line didn't seem right. It was 9, now it's bet down???? It's the Lions off a bye. Lions win straight up
