Anybody saying "Saints ML Huge" is out of their minds. Why would you bet that after you just saw these 2 teams play 6 weeks ago on the same field. Nobody wins in Seattle! Go see a doctor
Anybody not understanding the situation of a regular season road game compared with a playoff road game is out of their minds Capping this way= bookie's delight

what is your theory of how the Carson-Palmer-led Cardinals won?
I don't ask this elliptically... there may be a good answer.... but I'm curious.
Seahawks were 14-0 at home in their last 14 games.
They needed ONE win in two games AT HOME to lock up the #1 seed. Not really out of the realm of possibility that they played down knowing they would still lock the #1 seed up.....WHICH THEY DID
Ever hear of a letdown game?....Kind of hard to have a let down game in the playoffs.
Funny how you are comparing this game more to the Arizona game than you are THE SAINTS GAME.

Gfoss can't even call the number 1 team in the NFL by their name. Surely gross is lost in the snicklefritz. Gfoss doesn't even know that the last two suspensions were for marijuana. Where does gfoss get his insight? Rikki lake?

Acting like the last game two teams played meant nothing when you back the losing team in game 2 = bookies delight
You act like the last time these two teams played was just another regular season game. Both teams knew going in they needed to win if they wanted the #1 seed and HOMEFIELD throughout the playoffs.
Saints are 8-0 at home, and Seattle is 15-1 at home the last 2 years. Something tells me this was kinda a big game for both teams

Actually, Seattle will have Walter Thurmond, and Percy Harvin playing, both didn't play last time these two teams met. So they are clearly missing less guys.
So now was that comment sarcasm, or just stupidity like the rest of the stuff you posted?
nope (not sarcasm.)
missing guys, last 4-5 weeks.
didn't mean to compare relative injuries to last 9ers-Saints matchup, and don't think I did.
i.e., that was just standard written English.
the irony part, you'll just have to figure out for yourself. that's the thing about irony... it's... ironic.

That was a playoff game for the Cardinals who were playing great ball at the time -- maybe the hottest team in the league winning 6 out of their last 7 going in. It was essentially a nothing game for the Seahawks. They had 2 more chances to lock up home field. It was essentially do or die for Arizona playing in the toughest division to just have a shot.
Even considering that -- If you actually watched that game they were very lucky to win it. Palmer was picked off I think 4 times. The Arizona defense played out of their minds. After watching the Saints defense last week against Philadelphia, it's nowhere near comparable.
My point being.. tomorrow is not another game for the Seahawks. They are coming off an extra week of rest and will be ready for this! I can guarantee it.

Revise that, and send it to me in English please. Also, we are talking about the Seattle-Saints game, not the 49ers.
The ironic part is you will ironically say you won the bet whichever side wins which is ironic in it self if you want to talk about being ironic while you are ironing.

So to not just think when two teams meet again the result will be exactly the same is bookie's delight? Rigghhttt. This is the playoffs. Let's see if Wilson can not pull a Dalton against a proven leader in Brees.
I will give you this...the projected MOV between home and road teams here is much larger than the spread but it also was when the Bengals played the Chargers.

Dude Wilson has already done more in 1 year than Dalton will do in a career. Led a 14-0 comeback in the playoffs last year, and led his team to a 28-27 lead when they were losing 27-7 in the 4th Q vs the Falcons last year in the playoffs.
No I don't think this game will be the same as last time because individual variables affect every game. Like penalties, drops, turnovers, bad calls, missed calls and so on.
However, acting like this game will be completely different because two games cannot be alike is dumb. The Seahawks dominate everyone at home in big games, and they dominated the Saints at home in a big game....Yes, Seattle will dominate the game again tomorrow

So you are basically saying that besides penalties, drops, turnovers, bad calls, missed calls that this game is gonna be the same? You dont think Peyton and Brees learned anything from that game...All they have to do is study tape of Cards and Titans and Jags games and see how to stop them. Definitely a tough task but this is exactly the team to do it and you know it.
"However, acting like this game will be completely different because two games cannot be alike is dumb."
So you are implying my stance is that the game will be completely different because two games cannot be alike Seems you didn't read a thing I said.
Saints running the ball much more effectively lately. They are the 4th
ranked scoring defense which could pose big threats to covering a huge
number in the NFL like -8. Brees is one of the most clutch playoff QB's
to ever play the game. NO 7th ranked scoring offense will keep them in
the game. Wilson unproven in the playoffs. These are enough reasons for
me
Say
what you want about the revenge angle and how you can easily discount
this but to an organization as well run as the Saints with a excellent
game manager like Brees, this should scare the hell out of you to cover
this line. This one goes down to the wire

Drew Brees 5-4 playoff record with many of these teams having a defense near last in the league. Now they have a top 5 defense. and a top 7 offense with revenge angle, more established running game, and 8 points on top of this. You take your shots. This one is mine

Honestly the Saints shouldn't even be in the playoffs. This will be evident this time tomorrow.
Let's look at their last 2 home seasons games. These were 'must win' playoff type games and they lose both including a 27-16 kicking to the St. Louis Rams?? This was December 15th. Are you kidding me? Why are people so confident in this team right now? What have they showed you? They freaking lost to Geno Smith and the New York Jets in November!

Losing to teams like the Rams in a must-win week 16 and you like them to come back to Seattle and win in a playoff atmosphere against the greatest home field advantage in the league? You must be out of your head.
