If he comes off the bench with no advance prep of him, he does okay. When they prep for him, not so much. 

back up QB’s are 5-14 this season with Browns having one of those wins.

 You sound dumb, line movement indicates browns win because the line loves half a point from 3 to 3.5? Yeah ok! I also don’t believe those are ToddC tickets, you don’t go from a $100 better to betting 20k on a 2 teamer.

 Matchup nightmare for the static Minchew with that Browns defense that is too fast  -- you saw just a little taste of that last week against Jax -- it will be much worse today
