That was a CATCH by Dez
Another BS call which its title appropriately demonstrates....In that play it is obvious and clear and convincing evidence that the ball hit the ground so it may be easier to overturn than this one even. still horrible call

Dallas loses because the replay official doesn't believe Dez makes a football move. This hurts. I would have been ok with a loss almost any other way. But not on a questionable replay call.

First of all we all know this was a make up call for last week. Second the guy took three steps then extended for the goalline. Third I didn't see the ball hit the ground I seen his forearm hit the ground not the ball and when it came out he caught it again without it hitting the ground. This is basically the refs showing "they have no bias towards the Cowboys" and we get a bad matchup for the NFC Championship.

I challenge anyone to send me a gif file of the ball hitting the ground with clear and convincing evidence. I only see forearm and since he caught it anyway after the forearm caused the ball to move the call was actually incorrect twice.

Pereira himself said nothing else matters other than making a football move. How many steps he took , elbow down, only if he made a football move. In his opinion he did not. I completely disagree. But neither of our opinions matter just the replay official.
LMAO yea according to these guidelines you can take 15 steps toward the endzone and score without making a single football move but it wouldn't be a catch

I understand the reasoning of the reversal and it's a very tough beat but since Perriera called it correctly as the expert that is would be reversed, does this mean he is on the fix as well?
If you've been paying attention Perriera predicts the outcomes of replays about as well as any of us could. Might as well call him Coin Flip Perrieira. They should get rid of that whole expert in the booth, just makes it painfully obvious what a
flawed system it is.
