@vanzack It really doesnt matter, 3 or 3.5 if you are on the wrong side. The fact one would be even interested in SF in this spot, would indicate a very public and reckless approach to betting. But to each his own, have fun with the dart game. It begins and ends with the line. You often disregard it, or try to manipulate it. Best o luck to ya sir.Hang Broke

I remember when SF was supposed to run all over the LAC's worst in the league rush defense. They only get 3.9 YPC and this was after a bye and at home. Now they're on the road without Mitchell and Samuel and with a rookie QB playing in a tough venue. Not saying this won't hit but these are things that make me hesitant here.

I understand what you are saying.
What I said in post #46 in this thread applies here...
Anything can happen on any day in the NFL. If they played 100 times, Seattle is going to win some of those. I just cant make the story on a one off game to even consider taking the Seahawks here - which is very unusual for me - I almost always can make a case for the side I am betting against - I cant here.
The Chargers result was one result that happened on that one instance of time. If they played 100 times, or even tomorrow - you would have a hard time justifying that the one result you point to is representative of the overall longterm probability of that result. You point to certain reasons that happened - which is what we humans do - but the truth is that there are numerous results from tonights game that CAN happen. I am just trying to wager on the result I think is MOST LIKELY to happen.
I prefer longterm statistical trends that are causation. I dont really like to look at one result as a predictor of another.
But I do understand your point.

We all understand situational plays. To me this appears to be one. Nevertheless, to completely dismiss the obviously better team is foolish.

The game was never in question, as you predicted. The story when your wife asked why you post with the all of the stress from negative comments and trolls. and you said that you do it to help people… a saint, my friend. Only one game here but wanted to hop in to show my appreciation, as you are a modest legend in here, that continues to help us random internet users.

Vanzack loved the Niners because he knows the NFL and hes a sharp dude. This was one of those games where if people were on Seattle, its hard for me to take them seriously as a legit capper from this point forward. SF was about as close to a lock as it gets, and the final score was no indication of this one.
That being said Im sure there are some people with winning records who liked Seattle but I would definitely lean on a lot of them being the recipients of some positive variance.
Seahawks was not a sharp play. At all.
Congrats to Vanzack once again and best of luck going forward as always buddy
