i'd move wayne down.  i think we'll see him go the way of marvin harrison pretty soon, except the part about shooting people outside the club.

I agree with Club Dirt on Reggie Wayne. I don't think I could come up with a top 10 but I will name my top 5;

1. Andre Johnson - Has it all and produces
2. Larry Fitzgerald - Not exactly fast but does everything else at a top level
3. Calvin Johnson - Also has it all but tends to disappear in games and doesn't get as physical as often as he should
4. Wes Welker - I may get flamed on this but I think he is a top level wideout. Doesn't have the height you look for in a receiver but he's very smart, quick, and has great hands. Love his play
5. Greg Jennings - This one was tough but gave the edge to Jennings, I think he does everything very well and is very reliable

Larry, Andre and Calvin at the top.  Roddy White, Greg Jennings, DJax, and Brandon Marshall in the next tier.

Wayne had a magnificent career, but is no longer in this class.

i agree r.white is the number 2 WR in the nfl, to not have him in the top 5 (DTher85) is an absolute joke lift your game

ok i concede c.johnson can go to 4 and r.wayne to 5

however i still disagree wayne is still better than those other recievers - he dosent have as much in the tank obviously but he will still have a massive year

Lol Bowe has 1 good season against weak pass defenses,just wait  till he returns to earth this year his numbers will go way down as will cassells this season

Haha sorry about "not having credibility". Looking at Roddy White's stats, I see he has put together 2 very good seasons, I just never really think of him as an elite receiver. I generally stay away from guys who have only had 1 great season and I thought White only had 1 good year but I see he has been solid, nothing spectacular but still solid nonetheless.

I think ranking receivers is kind of trivial since it's by far the easiest position to play in football and last time I checked, Tom Brady won more Super Bowls with Deion Branch and Troy Brown at WR then he did with Moss and Welker.

I'm the biggest Bengals fan on this site, and possibly the world, AJ Green doesn't belong in the top 10.  He might be special one day but he shouldn't even be number 1 2 3 4 5 or 6 on the Bengals depth chart, until he can prove he can play.  I'm sure wants the season gets under swing he could end up being a starter but the Bengals have good depth with the receivers.  I'm sure he will play a lot this upcoming season but to call him a top 10 receiver before he's even caught a pass is kind of "pushing it".

Simpson/Caldwell/Green/Shipley can't discount Ocho as of now either, he's still on the team.  They will all get  a lot of playing time.  Simpson looks like he's going to be a number one receiver for now.  I don't doubt Green will be the number 2 receiver but again I'm glad you have so much faith I do too.  I loved the pick.
