Just in case they win by 3 or less which I doubt, I am taking the ML just to play it safe. I'm not gonna lie to anyone and say Im on -4 when Im not.

I watched every preseason snap this year with Darnold. He looked better than Purdy. Seems like he has a decent understanding of the offense and system and was connecting well with the receivers. His touch looked nice. Darnold has an absolute cannon for a right arm and can do things that not many in the NFL can when it comes to velocity and throwing the ball on the run.

The Niners have been humbled and are a different animal at home. They are now angry and now have a chip on their shoulder. Steve Wilks is trash but now he knows he is on the hot seat and should have the defense up and ready to go and will be less inclined to make horrific decisions as Shanahan insisted on being in the meetings this week. You are getting the far superior team at home with an underrated QB in a system that he can absolutely flourish in with guys like CMC, Kittle, Aiyuk, and Deebo returning.

People are gonna call me a homer etc but please go through my posts and see that I am 2-0 posting before games this year and I lost the live bet last year at +107 (It appears Purdy suffered a concussion). Call me a homer all you want but go through and look at my posted record on games. Results speak for themselves.

Last year I was 4-0 in posted Niner games and lost the NFC Championship (the other game Purdy was injured).

Ive seen this movie a million times. The Niners have a brief regular season hiccup and are ready to get right back to dominating again. The defense will be flying around and getting to the QB you can bet on it and the offense will be good enough to score at least 27 I think. Iif they lose 3 straight I will be absolutely shocked and I will tip my cap. Don't see it happening and I'm putting my money where my mouth is with a max bet on the money line.

Gimme the 49ers ML  -200 (MAX PLAY) 

darnld's career numbers are similar to wilson's definitely not underrated quite the opposite

I actually think Darnold will be solid in Shanahans system.

49ers could find themselves 5-4 after facing Bengals and Jaguars the next coming weeks. Coming off a short week vs a rested Bengals team coming off a bye. GL but I'll take Burrow over Darnold here.

I posted near the same thing in my thread 2 days ago that Frisco on the ML is the play here. I make the NINERS at just over 75% odds of winning su.  Bengals are good enough and lucky enough to keep it close.  But after a couple wins they are going to come crashing back down to earth when they hit the road. Conversely for NINERS finally returning home.

And Purdy will clear concussion protocol and will be good to go anyway, but I liked Darnold to carry the day just as easy.

Of course lucky breaks can upset the best of plans, but all else being equal, Frisco is 5+ pts better at home than Bengals are on the road.

I just wish that was the marquee game SNF. Instead we get the Bad News Bears vs. daaaa Raaaay duuuhs   Oh boy.  Such excitement.
