 Colts are notorious 2H incinerator fodder.  That said, Rivers has looked good, but the sports psychology of momentum is a big deal. Much like how an MMA fighter can empty his tank in a finish,  but run out of steam to end up ko because nothing left. It's pretty demoralizing to control everything and it be meaningless in end.

Bills cover -9.5 I think is more likely then the Colts +6.5
