Seahawks are 5-11 ATS on the road vs. teams that average 24+ ppg since 2007.
Of course that's just one trend. But it supports the idea that the Hawks won't be able to keep up with the Packers. If Seattle can run the ball and keep Rodgers off the field, then they will win. But that is a big if.
First off good to hear from you again BB.
Just to bolster more of a case for Marshaun Lynch having a good day possibly...Matt Forte ran up and down Green Bay on Sunday. And he's not a lower your shoulder type guy. The Bears Kyle Long made his first start at right tackle that day w/ less than a week of practice at the possition.
The Green Bay Packers lost starting LB Sam Barrington sunday w/ a broken foot. Safety Morgan Burnett did not play, I'm not sure of his status this week.
The Seahawks would be nuts if they don't try and run early and often. They need to find a way to neutralize julius peppers and Clay Mathews on the edge, the zone read may be the ticket.
Just my 2 cents, I don't think I will have a wager on this game.
Bol AMD.

excuse my ignorance cos i dont follow gridiron closely but how is seattle an outrite better team??...in playoff game last season didnt the packers give them all they cud handle and more and required a freakish, miraculous sequence of events to deny them victory IN seahawks place??...not sure wat personnel changes have been made but its hard to see the gap being widened all that much..packers only missing one dude i know..but seattle clearly havent started out well after hemmoraging a truckload of points first up to a team not known to be all that potent offensively.
not saying packers are the best play but wanna see amd view on why he likes the side he chose.
You're exactly right! I'm not sure what the perception is with Seattle but this is probably the most points you'll get with the all year.

Seattle's value has never been lower since they've now lost 2 in a row (SB and week 1 to a team that always plays them tough). Gave up a punt return and dude slipped and fell on that last TD. Losing Kam hurts, but maybe losing DC Quinn hurts just as much? Still one of the best defenses and teams in the league, one week doesn't change that. Remember, we are one play away from Seattle being 1-0, and one Cutler gaffe/Clay Matthews incredible play from Green Bay being 0-1 and losing the the Bears, and this spread is Seattle -3.
Last years crazy comeback in the playoffs...well, that's what they do. They've done it countless times in the last 3 years. They get that lucky bounce, they get that turnover, that big play (SB aside). That's the kind of team you want to bet on! But the fact that the Pack had them beat last year, plus like quadruple revenge, keeps me from playing this one. But if I did, I'd bet Seattle. Too much value with, just a week ago the best team in the league, especially versus a weak GB defense that they should have lots of success moving the ball on.

The line is is definitely suspect but could you please tell me why Jax covers this week, kush? I'll buy a cup of coffee, sit back in the recliner and enjoy the reading material. Thanks pal.

We all saw the same game and it's safe to say that if the Vikings are really this inefficient on the offensive and defensive lines, they will certainly be a big disappointment this season. The Vikings couldn't stop the run, they couldn't generate a pass rush, they couldn't block....wow. However, I don't want to take anything away from Carlos Hyde, he is impressive. I have respect for Kaps toughness. He was lit up in the 1st half and he picked himself right back up. However, I have a firm stance on his inability to throw from the pocket, however, I give credit to the O coordinator for calling plays to his strength...misdirection play action rollouts is what we will see early and often from the 49ers. I just didn't anticipate the weakness in Minnesota that we all saw last night. I gave Bridgewater way too much respect and his play contributed to my loss. It was a great overall win by the 49ers. If anything, it'll soften the line next week when they travel to Pittsburgh. I'll pound Pitt when the line is listed in my book.
100% here
I just do not believe in the niners. It was like Minnesota did not look at one second of tape.
