Lets review...

Guidelines

1.  One teaser a week, maximum of 4 picks... I would rather bet twice as much then bet 2 teasers...

2. Sides only

3. 4 team 13 point teasers are -120 or no play...

Preferences...

1. Get good numbers and avoid 3 and 7

2.  I am willing to cross the zero to get good numbers

3.  Lower scoring games gives more value to the +13 points ATS so I always start there....

So here we go...

NO -1

This jumps out at me becasue this is basically a moneyline play and you usually get more value from a teaser then a money parlay with 12.5-15.5 point favs...

Any more ideas or suggestions?

Looks like you're on fire w/ the teasers & that you've been doing great w/ them....  I noticed that you play them on Dimes, I love playing teasers there as there is so many different options to choose from..  Have you ever thought of taking a college game or 2 & making it a 5 or 6 teamer or else buying less points than 13...  The reason i ask is because some of the payouts are just rediculous--

this past weekend i hit a 6 team 10.5 pt. teaser (ties reduce)
Vikes pk, Ravens -2.5, Colts +4.5, Jets +11.5, Cowboys +13 & Eagles +7.5 --- it payed out +235.  I like your idea of only paying -120 & only having to hit 4 teams catching 13, just was curious if you looked at other options...  I only got down for .5 unit on that teaser cuz i know that crazy crap can happen--  sorry a lot of random words & thoughts,, it's late just wanted to throw some of these ideas out there for you as it seems like you're big into the teasers--  BOL whatever you decide for week 4 & keep tearing it up bringing home that cash!!

  I  came to this thread from it being a featured thread, and I have to say I have heard some of the most inteligent gambling startegies and angles on teasers I have ever heard inthis thread DL. thread! I have heard some way out comments also, but right off you could just pass em by! Great thread DL! My game in wagering is the NBA! Go figure, I played football, and only watch to know how to bet! IL:ast year about a month prior to the playoffs,I was winning and AMD, and DAFREAK, and 222Bad, were all patting each others good play, and one of those guys , Im thinking 222 showed me some teaser angles, I played and were VALUE bets and hit!  I will watch this thread, b/c you can read a page and see a solid value winning teaser!! I noticed several! The second I noticed DL you were the next comment and noticed and made note of it too! With that said   have only played Teasers in the NBA, and now I see the way you guys are thinking and playing, I see teasers ina better more profiently sounding way to play football! Good Luck to DL36 for his obvious GIFT with this teaser startegy!!! GL guys I am going to go use one I borrowed I believe! And I admit a lot you guys said, I guess Ill have to learn, b/c it was deep thinking! <lol> PG

Very close week, but that is what you get when you tease those double digit spreads...

homedogs performed well +13 points ATS and that will likely be a topic of discussion next week...

This is not a get rich quick scheme where I have a teaser of the year or anything like that crap...

I bet 1 unit min... 2 units max...  1 unit = 5% of bankroll...

This is also the only bet I make all week...

The goal is to grind it out over the 17 weeks and end up being up in the end to cash out...So my past success  (4-0 regular season, 8-0 preseason + regular season) should not be an indicator of the future... nor would I recommend people increase their bets becasue I or they have done well so far...

The thread is made to create an intelligent dialog about teasers...

I am not interested only in who people think are winners or losers, but "WHY"...

We all benefit from talking about what we are thinking when we are capping games because we all might learn something and if we are lucky, we might all make money...

You see my process in thinking about plays and whittling it down to 4 games for the week...

I have alot of good contributions this week and I hope this thread made you all money...
