We'll repeat an angle I put out earlier in the NBA.....
e) An away team who made less three pointers last game than their last game opponent stipulating that our team is playing on one or two day's rest, and their present opponent is playing with at least one day's rest....those teams have gone 4-19 ATS this season so far....VERSUS Wizards, Hawks, Grizzlies, Pistons
p:three pointers made<po:three pointers made and 3>rest>0 and o:rest>0 and A
j) In a similar query in the NBA, home teams that made less 3 pointers their previous game than their last game opponent...... stipulating that both teams are playing one or two day's rest have gone 25-7 ATS.....ON Rockets, Lakers, Knicks
p:three pointers made<po:three pointers made and 3>rest>0 and 3>o:rest>0 and H
k) When parameters e and j both fit and the road team lost its last game the results have been 9-0 ATS for the home team covering by over 10 points per game.....ON Knicks

@ jowchoo Bet it looks good for Ten , whatever it is I'm finding more Ten than KC
I am not much of a fundamental handicapper because I assume the stats are most of the basis for the power ratings and lines. However, I will point out that Football Outsiders has KC's DEF DVOA ranked #24, so I would certainly describe KC as a "Shaky Favorite" laying a whopping 12.5 points.

@Brooklyncapper Colts fired their OC today, so not sure if this will be a detriment or help. Pretty hard to trust Ehlinger in 2nd game against one of the NFL's best passing defenses with Taylor not himself this year and tweaking his ankle last week. Also hard to trust Jones who's had a bad start but I think he'll perform closer to trend going forward. Took NE on a 6-pt teaser but wouldn't touch the line.
I don't see how anything could hurt the Colts offense.

The Colts have a guy that can use his legs on the road as an underdog, which has been a recipe for covering in modern day NFL...they just got rid of their statue playing quarterback and their incompetent offensive coordinator...they can't be any worse than they've been and might be considerably better.

1) Commanders +3', 2 units.....won one unit and tied the other...W and T.
2) Colts +6, 2 units......LL....these teams with no offensive lines all of sudden...the Colts, Bucs, Packers and Rams are unbackable....shows the changes that happen all of a sudden in the NFL as all of these teams in previous seasons had top ten offensive lines.
3) Rams +3, 2 units.....TT......foolish coaches, you try to get the first down to ice the game!...instead you try to take time off the clock...it is a losing strategy...use your best play on second down, even if it is a pass...one first down and you win the game, instead you decide that you will stop one of the best, if not the best quarterback in the game.....ja, good thinking.
4) Panthers +8, 2 units....LL
5) Seahawks +2, 2 units...WW
6) Lions +3, 1 unit...........W
7) Jaguars +1', 1 unit......W
8) Texans +13', 1 unit......W, Texans play pretty well and get the cover.
6-4-3 for the week......66-41 ATS for the season on a unit basis.
