There were 0 points scored in the first half of the game they played this year in week 9 and then they erupted for 44 in the second half combined
The 2007 Super Bowl was very similar....really not much goin on anywhere offensively in that game
These 2 coaches are jugernauts in the game and it seems like it takes time for them to figure out what eachothers' game plans are defensively
UNDER 55 has to be considered given to the slow start in both these games that BOTH these teams got off to....

I have too much time on my hands my business is slow
why not talk football with all of you fine-folks and Werker you have a nice eye and good commitment
I here ya and I'm concerned about Bradshaw not being in that game..that's my only concern because even Jacobs went for 4/carry I think. Consider the fact though that Welker went for over 100 in both games they have played and the NE defense was actually in shambles then....
I expect McCourty on Nicks all game and that is something my son could tell me. Having said that Nicks could drop the game-winning touchdown he's so off-and-on. Cruz simply is to be respected and WILL occupy at least 1 defender in most situations.
It is known in New England that Bill Belichick has no problems giving up yardage..it has happened for the last 2-3 years. He has said specifically that his #1 goal is to get the ball back. Thus the Pats had 34 takeaways during the regular season but ranked 31st in yardage allowed. The Ravens and Giants this year played to that; 'just don't give Tom Brady a short field'. Move the ball but don't turn it over and we should score!?..NE's redzone defense is getting better..points matter not 800 yards of offense

Yeah I see your point but I still think it was a good call. What if SF, won that game - I'd have a ton of line value and would be getting + money on my bet. Anyways, good luck with the big game.

Is it possible that the extra week off just might work against the Giants? They are definitely in the groove and as pointed out Miami didn't come with their best last week. Maybe the extra week off shifts things around a little bit. I believe one thing GIANTS will come with their 'A' game and the PATS will come with their 'A' game. Baltimore looked sluggish in their TEXANS match up but won and then played great against the Pats. Who is to say that New England can't pull the same magic act, but hopefully, for the Pats, with different results. It's tricky but I expect a close game. It will be a great way to end the season.

Woops a typo! Give it another shot.
