I'm going to drink some Bailey's then several Tsingtao's and then also eat some salami with lots of pepper on it, cheese, homemade salsa and chips!  Actually watching the game at 7:25 am in Hong Kong via Slingbox!!!  Go Colts!

Thicker version of the slider , Chili , homemade meataballs , liver sausage spread , wings , pizza , cucumber sandwiches , veg tray , deviled eggs and few more I'm sure . It's all about the food with this Irish/Italian Family. Few beers and the switch to red wine to sober up .. Yea right ..

We go to a party at a local bar that charges $100 per head at the door.  Once inside, we get a square and then it's all you can eat and all you can drink.  They usually have swedish meatballs, wings, BBQ, potatoe skins, etc., and the entire bar is available for drinks.  We have a blackjack dealer, play craps, poker, euchre, etc.  Hell, I even saw two guys flipping coins for money last year.     They raffle of TV's and basically the whole place is turned into a casino for a night.  It's illegal as hell here, but a great time!!!!!

I'll be starting off with about 4 or 5 Makers Mark and cokes, then some Grey Goose, then beer and shots the rest of the night.!!!

Got a great cheesy crab dip.. have some lil smokies taking a bbq sauce and brown sugar bath in the crock pot as we speak, and about 24 Molson Ices hangin out in the 2.5ft of snow in the back yard... OH YEAH BITCHES!!!! Bring on the game!

As I came down with H1N1 this weekend, I'm rolling with Tamiflu, watered down Gatorade, and hopefully I'll be able to hold down some solid food on this wonderful Super Bowl Sunday(I've had one meal since Thursday night). 

I'm not a hater though.  Eat up, fellas!!!

Sam's "winter lager", whoop ass chili, salsa, dips, chips, Philly Chesse Steaks, wit peppers, hot peppers, onions, mushrooms, Boars head roast beast, Aged Provolone cheese, not that bull shit cheese whiz Pats & Ginos uses. Did I mention "Winter Lager", grand ma shots, "winter lager", goose & Bull, "Winter Lager"

Tradition started in college and continues to this date....I like to class it up a bit with the chicken flavored Ramen noodles, I usually boil about 10-15 packets in a big cauldron which I allow my guests to eat all they want.  Then I splurge on 2-3 boxes of a great merlot (whatever is in season).  Lastly if I am feeling generous I will pass out a fine desert of frozen gatorade flavored ice cubs with the kids used Popsicle sticks as handles....now that that is a party!!!
