That is a blow without a doubt.  But don't forget Percy Harvin.  He is a stud!  MIN also drafted a pretty damn good TE in the 2nd round.  Like I said they need to generate a passing game too.  It will be fun to find out.  BOL!

I don't know about that.  I agree that he is argubly better than any other QB the Vikes currently have on their roster but McNugget doesn't seem to have any heart.  I would not doubt it if McNugget gets off to a fast start (like normal) and when the competition gets harder he folds and chokes (like normal).  Maybe by then Ponder will be ready.  Who really knows this is the NFL after all!

by the ways, how can you not mention Chris Ivory in the initial post?

by the way #2,

Reggie has pretty strong ties to Nawlins, won a super bowl, I wouldnt think he would be back in nawlins, but it's definitely not out of the question.

Deangelo signed with Carolina...why I have no idea.  Minnesota will have the best running game this year. (barring injuries)

LOL, you pick up Mark Ingram so you can pass to him. Did you even know the SB year they were ranked 6th in rushing

They picked up Ingram because they don't know if Pierre Thomas can stay healthy.Part of last year Ivory was the Saints starting rb.It's called depth and you better have it when your rbs are always getting hurt.The Saints have a good team but you know nothing about football if you don't know they are a pass first team.Their passing game sets up their running game.

I don't know about best running game, but the Saints may have the best set of backs now, with Sproles coming in and Bush leaving. Brees throwing to this guy outta the backfield is gonna be a nightmare for DCs!

Running backs nowdays are also supposed to be part of the passing game, and many of them don't get a chance in college. Sometimes blocking, too.

In regards to Gore; as a Niner fan, all I can say is-nice job of holding out after missing the last 5 games, Frank, you've really have the hammer don't you? Friggin' moron!

Brees threw for 4620 last season, I know that we think pass first, but I think Ingram is a every down back who will handle the run game for the Saints.  Sproles will be dangerous on those screen plays, just like Bush
