Maybe no Hester due to ankle injury. Hester as you know puts up points via runbacks for TD's, field position due to fear of kicking to him and good field position when he gets decent run backs. Forte IS thier offense but #23 helps out a ton.!! Him possibly being out may be why the drop.....

Cutler throws it well when the line is playing well...Detroit has some dominant tackles that will be in his grill all day. I anticipate seeing the "bad" Jay tomorrow. Detroit will be playing with a purpose!!  Last meeting, the Lions were so amped up, they had a lot of stupid penanlties that kept the Bears somewhat in the game..I think it&#x27;ll be a different story tomorrow... Should be a good game but I like the Lions.

I dont post unless i feel like the general public will benefit. I am a a huge fan of the lions. This season has been magical and I have been collecting on the lions success ATS the spread since last season. What i know is that the lions are too aggressive on teh d-line and that will allow Forteit to run. Wether it be bubble screens, play action delayed gives, or middle runs, the bears will be able to operate and succeed in this 2nd matchup. Detroit is good . The rely heavily on the pass and when Best is out they will they will rely on the TE (pett) to become a short pass RB. While the lions have plenty of causal success with the pass they will struggle against a bears defense that will force them pass every down. Cutler is playing great, better than great. With his O line giving him time (less than time, in my opinoon) he has operated unbelievably well in the past 3 to 4 games. The bears at home should not be less than a 6 point favorite against any team...minus the pack.. The bears win by double digits. It breaks my heat to say that my biggest wager of the year is on the bears but i have to sensible. Good luck gents

My view on Detroit is that they are young and hungry. The bears have been thier nemesis for a while now and i just think they will approach this game like no other until they play GB. You guys were robbed last year in Chicago and playe dwell at Soldier Field. I like that you guys are getting points in what could be a field goal game. Coming off the Monday night is also bugging me about my team.

two things:1) Weather affects totals less than you might think, but does have a very big perceived effect on it.2) A total Going between 46 and 43 is about as significant as going from 6 to 4.5 in a spread. Sure it looks like a big movement, but it doesn&#x27;t cross key numbers.

I have to disagree with #1. Wind of 20&#x2B; mph in the NFL has a very big affect on the game. In a sample of 1800&#x2B; games winds of 20&#x2B; mph affected the score by on average of 5-10 points depending on direction.Some think rain and snow are factors but it usually is the wind that comes with those elements that are the bigger reason scores trend lower.

I have to disagree with #2 as well. 5 is considered a dead number by books. While that total did cross 45 and 44 which by some are considered key numbers.
