Good question. One which I answered incorrectly last night. When the Habs got up 2-0, I put a 1/4 unit on the Bruins to win the Series at +910. I thought about hedging it last night but didn't for three reasons.
1) It was a small bet.
2) I wasn't convinced that Price would rebound, which he surely proved me wrong.
3) Thought Boston had the momentum and also let feelings get in the way, as I am not a Habs fan.
Anyway, live and learn. At the end of the day, I think one of the biggest deciding factors to hedge or not, can be answered with one question. Which goalie will outplay the other in game 7? If I had to pick the one goalie that could steal a game tonight of the four I would put my money on Kipper. Not to say the Flames will win, but he is a goalie that can steal a game.
As for the other game, don't have a feel, but I am sure stats say, when a team has been up 3-1 and loses the next two then has to go on the road, that it doesn't work in their favour.
Either way, good luck and I will be cheering for you.
