Maybe it should end up in Quebec city, you're right. It won't however, Canada has no money, migrant costs are through the roof and even the provinces are complaining now. Trudeau had to spend 4.5 billion on buying a pipeline so he wouldn't get too much bad press the year before an election... it's not looking like the Canada you may remember, there's no money for a new hockey team, sadly.
