Thanks for the insight as always. The Vegas line is definitely strange will be interesting to see where it lands by puck drop. Hoping they can carry enough momentum vs the possibly rusty panthers. GL

I probably should have taken off the last two weeks, haha! Good to have you back!

Its these types of losses that have me at the point of taking a break with all this meaningless write-up bullsh*t. How are the miserable as fcuk Canadiens even remotely in this game, let alone come away with a goddamn win? Absolutely disgusting.

WASH -1 ½ +190
VGK -106
ANA -168
These bye week trends aren't carrying over into this season. Teams are losing but only at a record of 4-5. Nothing real trend-worthy there. I like six games tomorrow which doesn't make me happy.
Today: 1-3 -$216.00

1/15-1/21 9-12 -$217.00
Overall 76-51 +$2450.00
COL -123 Its Bernier and the Avalanche still rolling along and Colorado seems like they’ll keep riding the win-streak and hot goaltender game-in and game-out. The win-streak is now up to 8. Bernier has been in goal the last 7 games and has given up only 10 goals with a .960 Save%. Watching the Rangers over the last 7 weeks has been personally excruciating. They rarely play with any…what’s the word…intensity? Now Shattenkirk is out, and we’ve recalled DeAngelo, who wasn’t doing much of note for Hartford. I’d be very surprised if this up-and-coming Colorado team doesn’t push their streak to 9
*Was going to take DAL. Was going to take Philly and the over. So, it looks like it'll be one of those days where all the bets I didn't take all hit and the ones I do probably suck. Here's this one. More to come later. Gotta go wash the car.
Gooooooood luck to everybody!

Adding:
STL -1 1/2 +125 Carter Hutton has been unreal on the season with an astounding.943 Save% and 1.72 GAA and those stats get better on home ice. He has stolen the starting job away. Jake Allen got the call against Florida, got lit up and the Blues went back to Hutton for the next two and he responded with two wins and only allowed two goals. This is his 3 straight start. Arizona is just…Arizona.
Good luck, everybody!

SJS -122 I’ve written about PIT multiple times and this situation is another similar one. Here’s what I wrote last game out for The Pens:
They’re won five of seven. Sounds pretty hot. But who have they beaten? A very average Philly team, a going-nowhere Detroit team, my own Blueshirts who I’ve railed about being much worse than they seem and an Isles team that throws a high school hockey defense and AHL goaltending out there each night, that’s who. They did beat the Bruins last week. Gotta give them credit for that. But was that the product of a “hot” Pens team or perhaps just an off night on the road for The B’s? Tukka Rask maybe not his best game, a big third period by Pittsburgh to win the game, and more than likely catching the Bruins in their 3 game in 4 nights and 4 game in 6 nights. Outside of that one singular win, this team hasn’t beaten a quality team since November! They’ve beaten an injury riddled Columbus team twice, both in shootouts, Arizona, The Islanders again, Buffalo back-to-back and then Philly again. You must go all the way back to November to when they beat Tampa and even THAT has an asterisk because Tampa started Budaj who sports an abysmal .878 Save% and 3.73 GAA. Before that game it was wins against Ottawa, Buffalo, Arizona and Edmonton. See what’s going on here? Eliminate the true two bottom feeder teams that The Pens have feasted on—5-0 against Buffalo and Arizona and now they’re 19-19-3 with a -18 goal differential against the rest of the league. That’s not even counting the 3-0 mark against Ottawa and Edmonton
You can make the case that similar to catching The Bruins and Tampa at just the right time, so did they catch The Kings, who are in the middle of a terrible slump. Sharks are at home and they aren’t slumping. Home team against an over-hyped team of names.

I hear you Bartender. I was on coyotes team total under 2.5 LARGE and a decent size bet on the under for the game and was absolutely disgusted halfway through the 1st. This bye week crap is really messing with my reads and it's very aggravating. Can't wait for a few weeks to go by so these teams return to some normalcy

Dang. I' shocked to see Blues do what they'e doing. Geez. Pathetic. I bombed big time by changing my Carolina pick. My mentality was that they'd won in Detroit then lose to Vegas tomorrow. I need to stick with my first instincts. Oh, and keep betting Ava. C'mon sharks!
