So I know the Lippsman split is St. Louis, but I feel the Jets have a little red arse in them. The team and especially Helly remembers the embarassment last year and come out in game 1 with a purpose.

Jr. League...only a couple of games with meaning today. Providence but not at that price. Looking at Chicago Wolves as well. They return the 5 guys from Carolina tonight and have a chance to move up a spot. 

Jr. Jr. League...taking Barrie to score over 3.5 goals at home. 

I think you’re right about the Jets. Short series.

I won’t be shocked, however, if the Jets lose the opener today and then get mad and win the series 4-1.

Avs did the same to them 2 seasons ago.  Interesting to note that both last years loss to Avs and prior to Vegas, the Pegger's took game 1, then proceeded to lose next 4.  You and your buddy the Devil might be onto something... 

Both series opening games went Over 5.5 as well...
