Ice quality is better in Canada, but not as much as you think. It will impact speedy players and favor slow/grinding teams. The advantage is so small it's not worth adding into a capping equation.

looks solid, have a prosperous evening, can't get any value from StL | BUF the PL is saturated and at -125 earlier, it's up to -132 at some LV books; the Sabres are terrible, this is the NHL,and they're available on the RPL @ +658 a real lure in this spot, they have beaten some good teams this year.
